I enjoyed using the App. The timing and guidance were helpful. However, being a broke student, I can't afford many subscriptions. The tool is valuable and deserves money, but I'm not able to pay right now. So, I won't buy it soon, as I have other resources at home. It’s a bit disappointing (though I get it) that there’s no Freemium option anymore. When I used gowod, there were some unpersonalized instruction videos for movements available.

TRC uses plain langage to explain stuff and is able to comunicate how to use their products in a clear and usefil way. The products are high quality at a reasonable price and the customer service is fire. Love these guys and their products. I'll be a loyel customer for life!

The company is great for personal trainers and fitness instructors like me. TRS offers valuable courses with in-depth info. You can see results right away. Can't go wrong with TRS programs! Must try Mobility.

The content provided is good, but I encountered a lot of problems with their app. It was very buggy and didn't load properly. Because of these tech issues, I decided to simply purchase the book instead.

Maybe a scam

This website offered a 7 day free trial. I missed the deadline to cancel so I ate it and paid for the whole year, 2024. I was thrilled that it was over because I used it once. I also cancelled it after the 7 day trial so that it wouldn't autorenew. I even have a "sorry to see you go" email. Lo and behold, I am charged again for 2025. Honestly, the guy is probably legit who started it. The videos are good. But this roll over automatic renewal thing is horrible business practice for the consumer. Great for the company, I'm sure. How many "subscribers" are miserable out there having been charged ~$150 for another year? So frustrating and very off putting.

I had an issue with the app where it advertised a "14-day free trial" multiple times during the subscription process. However, after confirming, I was charged €14.99. I reached out to Kaitlin from support, who rightly pointed out that I had already used a free trial in 2021 and stated that refunds were not possible. The app's contradictory messaging, promoting a second free trial that wasn't allowed, reflects either dishonesty or incompetence from the developers. Additionally, the support team was unwilling to assist, making the overall experience frustrating.

I was hoping to get some help with my Tennis Elbow; however, when you go to all the videos under the “Elbow” section, there is nothing that mentions Tennis or Golf Elbow. The videos were not helpful, and after two weeks of regularly using the app, my elbow was no better. It was very disappointing.
