    Buyer beware

    I received my order and noticed a rancid odor upon opening, the oil in the stick was spoiled/rancid. I live chatted with the company and they agreed to replace it, I supplied the batch # and asked I get the next product from another batch and the safety check the batch b/c no one s/b using this product anywhere on their body. I received an identical replacement, same rancid smell. I was pretty disgusted but upon being assured they would send a good quality product out and check the batch I agreed to give them another shot. How ignorant this company must be to send me a third, same batch # and again rancid. I emailed and told them to refund me and I can't believe they continue to send out spoiled face products and do not take safety seriously. If you purchased this and it smells bad, do NOT USE IT. If you are considering buying it, DON'T, this company has no quality control. Buyer beware! 3 bad/spoiled sticks. Customer service has No clue how to handle quality control and no one apparently is supervising them. Who knows what you are applying to your skin. And to add insult to injury, they want me to review their product... here you go. BUYER BEWARE

    Rancid products.

    I knew it was too good to be true, but tried it anyway. Immediately opened the color wand to try on my lips and was exposed to the most rancid smell and taste. Was shocked to see the manufacturing dates and expiration dates were so far apart, as shelf lives are generally much shorter. When I emailed, I was originally given an apology and offer to make things right. Then I received an emailed form letter from my "advocate" Tatesha offering to resend or replace item. When I responded I received the same exact form letter again. When I pointed it out and again said I would accept an untainted product or specified replacement or a refund, or I would need to contact my credit card company for a dispute, I was immediately told to return the item with tracking info on my dime, even though I received a tainted product. The form letter promised to " conduct tests" to get to the bottom of things, so I assume this problem happens frequently. Do not buy .

    Mascara is okay. Customer service is non-existent

    I placed an order online, website froze up and no confirmation so I placed a second order and emailed them immediately. Got a reply from **** (probably a bot and the only person who replies to emails) within minutes saying she would escalate the issue to insure the order wasn’t duplicated. Long story short, they shipped both orders and made me pay to return the second order. I emailed multiple times and was either ignored, or dismissed, i.e. here’s the return address. I can understand not offering to pay return shipping if you decide you don’t like the product, but to be told your satisfaction is important and then not cancel the second order is ridiculous. It was a Sunday, so they couldn’t have filled the order and shipped it within 15 minutes of it being placed, which is how long it took from the time I placed the 2nd order to receiving ****’s “we care” email. You can’t even call this customer service.

    Don't bother!

    I wouldn't bother, I made an error on my order, i added the wrong eyeliner, I emailed immediately after i placed my order in response to their confirmation email, saying 'please reply to this email if you need to change anything', I asked them to swap the eyeliner for the one I wanted, they replied immediately saying id have to purchase another, so I asked why they couldn't just change it before dispatch and I'd pay the difference as I don't want the one I've ordered its not suitable for me and ill never use it, im still waiting for a response 3 emails and 36hrs later, and now its too late to change the order, as now the order has been dispatched, convenient that isnt it? Very disappointing as its not cheap! I expect better from a so say high end company, high end prices but not the high end customer service to go with it, there is none, they just ignore you if you have an issue 😳🙁

    I bought Mascara once and it was just okay. I decided to order again, trusting the claims of the eye pencil gliding on smoothly. I thought I had ordered two eye pencils in different shades. In a hurry to leave, I just made the order. When it arrived, I was surprised to find one item was a liquid liner. Seriously, I am 71 and have small eyes from age. I haven’t used liquid liner since I was 16, and that was just a trend back in 1970. Then I opened the pencil eye liner, the one that was supposed to glide on easily??? Well, the color fell out of the holder. I put it back in two or three times, clearly broken. I even tried to hold it and glide it under my eyes. It didn’t glide but really pulled on that sensitive, thin skin under my eyes. I have no good things to say about these products. I will return them and ask for a full refund.

    No response when trying to get refund!!

    I ordered 3 eye brightening eye shadows but did not like the colours when I actually got to try them and also I found them to be very greasy. I have tried 5 times to initiate a full refund as per their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee but after numerous attempts and full explanation why not suitable, I received only 1 response saying "how can I help you"! despite having given full details of why I disliked the product. This product is very over hyped as you can purchase similar products from Saphora for a third of price. I fell for the marketing scam and purchased 3 eye shadows paying £75 so not cheap and the product is very disappointing and I just want my money back. The customer service is a DISGRACE as it is more than obvious they have no intention honouring their full refund policy.

    What happened to them?

    I don’t know what has changed with this company however it has changed. The last couple orders I put in still have not arrived or have partially arrived. I have sent so many emails and this company that once was very responsive to emails has totally ignored my many emails. I am very upset about this because at this point after numerous emails I don’t know who to contact that cares enough to respond to me. It is a shame because I order frequently and use many of their products. Their shipping times are horrible and if all goes well it takes a long time to receive your order which I knew and was really to wait because I liked them that much but with this issue and the poor customer response it has me rethinking my loyalty to the company.

    Unresponsive to return requests

    I have written over 3 emails with only the initial response asking me to choose another product. Neither the Prime eyebrow or eyeliners were colors I was fond of. I have a brow product from Thrive that is blonde & much lighter than the Prometics products. I have asked for a refund through several email communications & there is zero response. The return policy is clearly stated but the company has only had 1 response after my first request for refund. Below is my request: "Per your return policy, please refund $84 plus tax. I have since researched online comments that are not directly on your site. I am hoping you do follow through with your stated policy of full return of under $100"

    Horrible customer service

    I was very excited to try this mascara, Order came and was missing items. i have e -mailed the company 19 times. I was dealing with Tatesha Robbins who was very helpful in the beginning but then ignored me. I then sent in a 2nd complaint same person same script e-mails. I reminded her about my issues. SURPRISE ,again no answers. I have left a message on Facebook, no answer, I have now found out the owner of the company, Kaspars Eglitis, and I have now written to him on his Linkedin account as he announces how wonderfule the company is doing. I have now stopped payment on my CC and will have to pursue to get my money back. Date of experience: July 22, 2025

    Potential Credit Card Fraud Warning

    The product itself seems to be doing as advertised with no issues. The problem is that the credit card I used began to be used nationwide the same day racking up thousands in charges and dozens of fraudulent transactions. Since that card is used for limited purposes, it became pretty obvious that the leak of credit information sourced from PrimePrometics or from the Shopify ShopPay app. PrimePrometics has a highly questionable online reputation that I did not realize until today. I just wasted an entire morning sorting this out and I am reassessing ordering anything from PrimePrometics again. Buyer be very aware.

    Cannot contact customer service

    I placed an order and then found out I have to have surgery. I immediately emailed to cancel my order just one hour after placing the order. I received an email from Taiesha Robins the CEO saying she would send my message to the relevant team. I assumed she would take care of it. The next day I got an email saying that the order had shipped. I have sent 8 emails to their email address and nobody has responded. There is no phone number or any other way to contact them. I believe I was scammed by this company. Beware of ordering from them. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.

    This mascara is quite disappointing.

    This mascara is quite disappointing. It doesn’t give the length promised and creates a mess when applied. Removing it isn’t as easy as advertised either. I had to try several methods, including facial soap and makeup remover, but still found traces of it the next day. I reached out to the company through email twice, since there’s no phone support, and after a while, I got a reply asking if I’d prefer a replacement. I asked for a refund instead but haven’t received any further response. Despite the company’s claim of a 30-day money-back guarantee, it seems they don't follow through on that.

    Shocking Customer Service

    I purchased 2 Eye Brightener Pencils, when they arrived one was damaged. I emailed customer service including a photo. Received a response immediately, saying would arrange for a replacement. This is now over a month ago, despite my numerous emails requesting updates, most of which were unanswered. I now have to accept I am out of pocket financially and will not receive a replacement. I believe their customer service - **** uses automated responses promising and not delivering. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, naturally I will be sharing this disappointing experience.

    Sticky and clumpy

    My order took awhile to arrive. I couldn’t wait to try it the mascara although I don’t have sparse lashes. I ordered 2 of them which was mistake #1. The mascara seemed dry and on the first coat my eyelashes stuck together. I had to separate them. After the second coat it was worse (mistake #2). All day long my top and bottom lashes would stick together when I blinked. From what I’m reading here, there’s not much point to trying to get a refund as you receive no response of any value. Disappointed ☹️

    I was looking forward to trying theee cosmetics. I placed an order on August 8th and the products gage not arrived. The delivery dates via tracking we to be the 13th, 14th, 16th, 21st, and 28th. It us August 29th amd there is no word as to when the products will arrive. Customer service has been looking intib this for a couple of weeks. There has been no direct answer from customer service as to why my products are still in transit. I would never order or recommend ordering from this company again.

    RUN!

    The mascara burn my eyes and caused itching. The lashes felt gummy and was hard to get off even with lid wipes. The pigment stick is just a dab of color that last for about an hour. The instant glow is an oil stick like any other it provides moisture but it is overpriced compared to similar brands. If the mascara wasn't so horrible I would have let the poor review go for the other products, but something is clearly not right that mascara!

    Prime Prometics shipping and tracking no good

    I am cancelling my order through my bank because the customer service is very bad. They cannot find my order and there was no confirmation sent. I checked everywhere. All the contact with the company did was point to a Shop.App site which is very difficult to navigate and when I finally thought I got somewhere they didn’t have the order # I was provided. But prime did take the money from my account! So I am going to go through my bank.

    Impossible to remove

    This mascara goes on nicely but if you get it on your skin you can’t get it off. When you remove your makeup it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove this stuff. You have to use a rolling action with water and your fingers. But it leaves little tubes of mascara on your skin that are impossible to get off. Your eyelids will be red and irritated by the time you’re done.

    THE WORST!

    Their eyeliner pencil fell apart when I first opened it and the mascara was completely dried out. There is no phone number so my email to them took three weeks for them to answer and to getting my refund. With all the money they spend on constant advertising you’d think they’d make sure their products were top notch.

    Scammers DO NOT BUY

    They offer you discounts then when it goes through to checkout they’re not included. Tried to cancel didn’t happen. Sent several emails one said they would apply the discount - no credit received or notified still trying unsuccessfully to return the order everything goes through an email but they do t respond

    Not an honest company. Don’t waste your money.

    Check the BBB. A company with a big “F” failing to conduct a legitimate business. All I can say is the packaging is nice but the cosmetics, made in China, are less than desirable. I guess the name and address they provide for returns aren’t legitimate, so I’ll be taking this issue to my credit card company.

    They don't communicate at all, once I said I want to return 2 of the 4 items they sent.

    I wished to return the eyebrow coloring and the eyeliner as they just don't perform as stated. Prime Prometics won't respond to my repeated emails. Today I found a phone number for the firm, but there was just a recorded voice saying to leave a message. Avoid purchasing from them.

    Nothing like the adverts!

    I found this mascara disappointing after all the glowing advertising and reviews. It didn't make much difference to my eyelashes. It's also very difficult to remove and I couldn't use more than one coat as the eyelashes were already very stiff after one coat. Not a flattering look!

    I bought the mascara and it made my eye lashes stick together, irritated my eyelid and caused a stye. When I tried to return it, they didn't reply. I've sent three emails. I would suggest avoiding products from them.

    Avoid!! They ripped me off!!

    Purchased mascara and lipstick and hated both. When I tried to return they refunded me $13:30 on a $ 45 purchase (plus I paid 13.00 just to ship package back. So I’m out $45. Just unbelievably bad company.

    Where is my product?

    I purchased this! BUT - they keep sending emails that they’re withholding my product release. It makes no sense! They tell me to go back to my cart to apply a 15% discount. This seems like a scam.

    No eyeliner pencil - just a bit of stretch brown rubber. Scammers.

    No response to my complaint. My complaint? Waited over 2 weeks, to receive a small piece of stretchy brown rubber, imitating an eyeliner pencil. No eyeliner whatsoever. Fraud, in fact.
