I usually don’t write reviews, but after reading some here, I thought I’d share my own. I have ordered twice from Trendia and both times went smooth. The tracking can be a bit odd since it comes from India, but I didn’t have any issues receiving my items. Everything I got was exactly what I ordered, and I’m already thinking about ordering again. For anyone checking reviews before buying, make sure to read many, not just the first ones or the negative ones. Some people will have bad experiences, but that doesn’t mean everyone will. Also, most items will take around 20+ days to arrive. Some listings say 10 days, but in my experience, it usually takes closer to 20 days. Hope this helps!

Terrible customer service from Arti Singh.

Terrible customer service from Arti Singh. I got 2 items that didn’t match the website. I emailed about the problem and got a quick reply from Arti, but they refused to refund me for one item, saying they sent the right product even though the color was clearly different. For the second item, the Kameez design was totally wrong and the dupatta color was green instead of peach. They offered a refund for the dupatta, but it’s useless because the outfit doesn’t match with wrong Kameez and dupatta. This will be my last time using this website, and I don’t recomend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, THEY SHOW PICTURES THAT ARE NOT WHAT YOU GET.

I've been a Trendia customer since

I've been a Trendia customer since 2021, mainly buying their clothes. Recently, I decided to check out their new home decor section. I was happy to find a lot of brass idols! I got a set of nice items: • 2" Brass Cow with Calf (brass, looked almost like silver) • 14" Brass Venkateswara Swamy • 4" Light Weight Brass Ganesha • 6" Brass Hanging Shubh Labh The package arrived on the 5th day, quicker than our usual clothing orders that take around 10 – 12 days. In general, my experience with Trendia Global was great, as usual. Their home decor collection is good, and the shipping was really fast. Keep it up, Trendia!

The first time I got my order from Trendia

The first time I got my order from Trendia, all was perfect, nothing wrong. I was so happy, I placed my second order. This time, everything was wrong, from size to dress and jewelry quantity. But I see this as a good sign, after every storm comes a rainbow. I won't give up on Trendia, I'll still order from them, they have the best designs and styles, and their prices are reasonable. And the best part is, I get to wear the latest Indian outfits being so far from home.

I was unsure about placing an order after reading some reviews, but decided to give it a go. After 11 orders, each with several items, I haven't had any problems. Mostly bought Kurta sets for my Mum, and she's happy with them! If you're looking for fast delivery, keep in mind that it can take a few weeks to reach Australia, so patience is needed. Other than that, I'm pretty pleased with everything so far.

Everything happened as described

I was a bit concerned about the shipping process due to other reviews, but everything happened as described. The clothes were inexpensive! Shipping took around 12 business days to start (as stated on the site), then 3 days for tracking info (as site said). Maybe I should've gotten a larger size, but overall, it was pretty simple.

I’m so happy with my recent purchase from Trendia! I bought a kurta and a kurta set. The colors were just as shown! The fabric and stitching are really nice on both pieces. I really like the mix of material that doesn't crease like cotton and stays cool on your skin. Lovely detail work!
