Got my order quick, but the sizes didn’t line up with usual European ones. Tried to sort it out with the company, but they said I got what I asked for. Bit disapointing since the sizing chart isn’t really right for Europe.

I bought something that never showed up, and no one responded to my email about getting a refund. Looks like either they’re taking advantage of people or someone is pretending to be them and stealing money.

The package arrived much later than expected

The package arrived much later than expected. I needed the dress for Eid, but it showed up almost a week after Eid, even though I kept messaging them for weeks, asking them to send it sooner.

The images of the clothes seem nice

The images of the clothes seem nice, but the actual items are not good at all. I bought a saree and when it arrived, it was just flimsy nylon material. 😔 not worth the cost.

The dress I got looks like a replacement for the one they showed on their site and the material is way thicker. I only bought it because I saw a review saying the fabric was thin and good for summer, but this dress is really thick, more for winter. Also, the colors are much darker than the pastel shades in the pictures. Since the material is thicker, the colors appear darker too. I don’t trust this website and won’t order from them anymore. I live in the UK and paid £13 for this dress. It’s not worth spending £5 or £6 to send it back for a £6 refund, because that’s all I’d get after paying postage and dealing with them. I wouldn’t recommend this company, and also the dress smelled bad, like poo. No clue why.

First, the products are very low quality. Then they make a mistake…a saree blouse with embroidery that doesn’t cover the full arm! After many emails, Arti Singh and her manager, Rama Devi, finally say they might give a refund for the blouse. How am I supposed to wear the saree like this? And to make things worse, the dupatta for the kurta set is tiny, like it’s made for a child—short by 10” in both length and width! Now they want me to return it at my own cost, and only then they will decide if a refund is possible. Really! This company is run by people who have no idea about customer care! They clearly don’t care about buyers! If I could attach pictures I would!!

What a scam

I ordered a dress for my nepali daughters prom weeks ago. In this order there was the dress, bangles & customization. They comfirmed the order over 3 weeks ago. I sent in her measurements weeks ago. They messaged me 2 days ago, telling me the dress is out of stock. One of the options was a refubd, since prom is in 2 weeks, I requested a refund, we will go somewhere else. Okay the refund came in 169.72. The order 201.70. The math isnt mathing dress 188.59, customization 12.99, bangles were 16.99, shipping was 4.99, welcome discount was 21.86. I request a whole refund. They stated they only refunded the dress....how? Im waiting on a response

I bought 3 women’s suits on June 20,2025 and got them on July 03,2025, in Canada. They came really poor, cheap, and I can’t even use them. The colors, work, and cloth are not like shown. This site is very disapointing and not fair. I emailed them and they told me to look at the return rules, but I already wasted time and money. Now they want me to ship them back and pay for that too, and after that they will think if they want to take it or not. Bad experiance, I will not shop here again or tell anyone to buy. Full loss of money and time on this page. Anyone looking here, pls don’t spend your money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK QUICK.....

I ordered some stuff on August

I ordered some stuff on August 30th and it's been 17 days already. Supposed to be here in 12-15 days with standard shipping, but nah, they late by 2 days. Every time I hit 'em up, they just be like "oh don't worry, the stuff will be here in 2 days and then we'll ship it." But like, when tho? Plus, their online chat be hella unreliable. Only got a quick response once, but today I been waiting 42 freaking minutes for someone to talk to me. Bruh, this website can't handle their business and can't even talk to their customers.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. I paid for a saree over two months ago and have yet to receive the product. They took all the money upfront, including extra for customization. First, they claimed the wrong saree was sent by the vendors. Then they said the pico work wasn’t completed, and now they’re saying the blouse cannot be customized. Despite multiple promises and excuses, there’s been no resolution or refund. I would strongly advise against using their services.

I contacted them for an exchange, but it took around 15 minutes for each reply. If you're patient enough, you might eventually get a response. However, the communication was unclear, and at one point, they said the return window had closed. They also kept asking for a picture of the size with tape, which didn’t really make sense.

Most unreliable business with the worst service ever.

Fraud by Trendia

It's q fraud please please everyone don't buy a single product else u will be suffered like me. I ordered on 16th sep today is 25th Oct. I sent 100+ mails getting response from Arti Singh everytime 24 hrs u will get from.last 1 month.please support me so that we can close these fraud platforms and complain against them. Now they are saying for refund it's another scam . Plesse stand guys and stop this website don't order anything.

I made a purchase with them in November 2023. While the charge appeared on my account, I never received an order number or shipping notification. Despite countless advertisements, I couldn't get any assistance until reaching out at Christmas. Customer service insisted on order details I never received, leaving me frustrated and without a refund.

It's been over a month since I ordered, and my status is still listed as unfulfilled. This is absurd, and I won’t be purchasing from this company again. I emailed them and was promised an update within 24 hours after checking with vendors, but it's been over 3 days with no reply. Really poor service. Not pleased at all.

This company is the worst! Their service is a total joke. I made an order three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it. I've been bugging their people nonstop and every time they just give me the sme BS about how they'll ship it in 24-48 hours. Yeah right, it's been forever and I still don't have my stuff. Total scam!

Stay away from this website! I got a jacket that was meant to be a bomber, but it looks nothing like the one they show in the picture. The quallity is very poor, not worth what I paid. Save your cash! This place is a rip off! Can't believe they run buisness like this – shame on you!

Terrible place they refused my $142.72 refund ! Aug 1 2025 order nothing fit ! They said 3 day refund I contacted FTC and will contact as many fed places to get this place shut down! My order was not a donation

Please stay away from this company.

They are worse than scammers - they send wrong sizes on purpose and ignore your requests to return. When you ask for a return, they make stupid excuses. Really bad service and business model.
