The items are well made and service is very good. The fabric is very pretty. Expect a few weeks delivery. I am a small, 115 lb., very small breasted. I checked the size chart and ordered medium in all three. They look very good on, but are a little too tight. I wish I’d ordered large. So check size chart carefully and order up from this line: Nayo. Also make sure you hand wash separately (at least I have first two times) as the colours run!! I’ve tried vinegar to solidify the colours but no luck so far. I wouldn’t use a dryer in case they shrunk more. I ordered a Janasya in the past. It was more expensive but better fit and details. I'll order again. The prices are fair and I think good quality.

The customer service representatives were sincere and professional, ensuring the order's arrival. However, communication and timely updates on the package could be improved. Despite the extended wait and tracking issues, I have no major complaints.

I was super excited when my new saree arrived because the color was spot on, just like in the pictures. The saree itself is gorgeous, no complaints there. But when I opened the package, the blouse piece was a mess, like it was folded by a child, and it was full of wrinkles. The pico stitching had knotted threads everywhere, and the saree looked pretty wrinkled from the stitching too. I mean, a little courtesy to iron or fold it nicely before sending would go a long way. Just my honest thoughts!

Easy to place orders, but delivery times are painfully slow. Promised dates are rarely met with no updates on order status. This lack of transparency is disappointing. I've experienced this repeatedly with multiple orders. Though they offer a wide variety of options, plan well ahead if you need your items for a specific occasion.

Disappointing Encounter: Received Oversized Item, No Return Option, Unfriendly Staff. I bought a dress from Trendia, "Women's Multicoloured Striped Rainbow Dress - Stylestone," but it turned out to be way too big and impossible to wear. What made it worse was the company's refusal to take it back or offer any solution. Quality and Size Problem: The dress I got wasn't up to scratch quality-wise and came in a size much larger than what I ordered. This mess-up in sizing shows that the company needs to tighten up its production and shipping procedures. Getting something so off-size reflects badly on their attention to detail and dedication. When I tried to sort it out with their customer service, they were no help at all. Even though I explained the sizing problem and showed evidence, they flat out refused to take the dress back. I can't wear it because of the size issue, but they won't budge on the return. It feels like they're just trying to keep my money. Their unwillingness to fix their mistake shows they don't care about their customers' experience and left me feeling like I don't matter to them. After this experience, I urge them to accept the return and refund me. And I'd caution others against buying from them. They clearly don't care about their customers!

The material is so bad that it's not even good enough to wear at home. I would advise you not to waste your money on Trendia Global. This was my first time shopping with them, and I’ve used another site before where the materials were much better, and the delivery was way smoother. As for delivery, I had to reach out to them twice about my shipment. I only got the tracking info after I sent them an email. In the end, I wouldn't suggest this website to anyone.

I bought 2 saris for the first time from this site. My past experiences with other sites were smooth, so I thought this would be fine. I was mistaken. The saris had fallen and picked up dirt, and the tailor just crammed them back in the bag and sent them out. The saris were wrinkled and blouse pieces were tossed in. Luckily, I didn't send them straight to the recipient and could fold and pack them correctly. The saris will need to be steamed to remove the wrinkles. I'll stick with other sites like sarees bazaar that deliver quality items neatly packed.

Very bad customer support. Return policy exists just on paper, but no real returns! Sizes are way off. I will never buy from this company again! Be cautious because you won’t be able to send anything back. They ask you to record a video before even opening the package!! This is really strange!!

It is a ripoff. The pictures look nice but the product I got is totally different. I paid $60 for a Salwar after discount and it is not even worth $10. Customer service is useless and has no responsibilty. They depend on vendors and this company is fake.

Horrible experience. Took 5 weeks for my order to arrive. Package arrived open with 2 items missing. Support won't refund without an unboxing video. I explained I did unbox and clothes are fine. Liked Trendia's collection but unsure about buying again.

Avoid buying from Trendia. They are dishonest, the fabric they describe is not what you get, their customer service refuses to give refunds claiming it’s a quality issue and they don’t give refunds for that. Companies like this should be shut down.
