    Long story, short story, after several emails just ..We are sorry for the inconvenience...... the link received for Tracking shows the package is out for delivery, even though there is a note saying the address is not accessible!! , Nobody can answer and give me their carrier and tracking number, it is a shame they have nice products but customer service is less than mediocre. My order was for a birthday surprise for my wife, The order was sent with plenty of time, and I am just submitting a case to get my money back through Paypal. Be careful when buying from this company, it sucks to me is a scam
