Ordered a Christmas gift on December 6th, but it didn't even ship until the 17th. Obviously, it didn't arrive in time. I'm really disappointed and won't be shopping here again. They had plenty of time to get the order out before Christmas. Maybe they should hire more people to handle the holiday rush, like other companies that actually care about their customers. If this was a gift for someone they cared about, they wouldn't be okay with the excuses they gave me. This was my first and definitely last time ordering from them. The tracking ended in NYC weeks ago...I could have rode a bike there and back in the time since then and retrieved it myself!!!!! It was a special thing to give to my wife, and now it looks as though it will never arrive. I asked for a refund... let's see if they do it. Bad experience, never again!!!!!!

Can you believe it? My name is Jason, but they printed Jadon. Everything else was correct, so it’s clearly a mistake on their part. I’m so upset and now scared to even ask them to fix it. VERY MISLEADING

I purchased a Bunny for my granddaughter and I only purchased because the song on the Website and order page was "You are my Sunshine" a song I have sang to my granddaughter since she was born. When I received the Bunny the song was a Christmas Song! I wrote to this company and they apologized for the misleading music and offered a 15% Discount on a NEW Purchase, how about a discount on this Purchase!!!! very disappointing and a waste of money!!!
