    Ordered a Christmas gift on December 6th, but it didn't even ship until the 17th. Obviously, it didn't arrive in time. I'm really disappointed and won't be shopping here again. They had plenty of time to get the order out before Christmas. Maybe they should hire more people to handle the holiday rush, like other companies that actually care about their customers. If this was a gift for someone they cared about, they wouldn't be okay with the excuses they gave me. This was my first and definitely last time ordering from them. Good luck with your orders, you'll need it.

    I ordered something and, according to them, it was dropped off at my place. But guess what? It was nowhere to be found. My kids and I scoured the entire yard, looked at every corner, and nothing. I’ve been messaging them every day since, hoping for some assistance, but it’s been radio silence. So, basically, I'm $45 out for something that never even reached me. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with a company that seems to have forgotten what customer service is all about. If you ask me, I'd steer clear of this company. Save yourself the headache and your money.

    Everything turned out well in the end!

    I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife from Faithcorner on June 11, 2025, and was getting a bit anxious since I hadn't heard anything back or received it. I sent a couple of emails to them, worried that it might not arrive in time. Just when I was about to cancel the payment, the package showed up in today’s mail, about 30 minutes after I sent my earlier review. What a relief! The gift looks fantastic, and I’m really pleased it arrived on time. Faithcorner pulled through, so I’m updating my review to reflect that. Everything turned out well in the end!

    I placed two orders with this company, Order#FC17766882 & Order#FC17766949, back on Dec 14th, 2025. It's been ages, and I still haven't received anything. After complaining, they sent me a tracking email for just one order, but guess what? The tracking number is useless now. The company doesn't respond to any emails, leaving me in the dark. It's frustrating and feels like a complete scam. They take your money and disappear. If you've already ordered, consider it a loss because there's no chance of getting a refund. Seriously, stay away from this company.

    I ordered something from FaithCorner, spent over £60 on it, and now it's been nearly a month with no sign of my package. The courier, Evri, lost it, but at least they were quick to respond when I reached out. FaithCorner, on the other hand, hasn't bothered to reply to any of my messages. It's been frustrating trying to get a hold of them. You expect better service when you're paying a decent amount. It's just been a lot of waiting and no answers. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I'd seriously reconsider. It's just not worth the hassle.

    Ordered a custom ornament for my new grandson and got the shipping confirmation on Dec 5th. Checked tracking yesterday and it said it was in my town. Two hours later, it was in a different town! And still not delivered. Told Faith Corner they shouldn’t use USPS during the holidays, it's just a mess. Today is Christmas and no ornament. Super disappointed, was really looking forward to having it for the tree. Just wanted to make the first Christmas special, but now it’s kinda ruined. Faith Corner really needs to rethink their shipping options.

They promised to fix it, but the second one came and it was still incorrect. By then, Christmas had passed. I tried to get a refund, but they kept giving me the runaround.     Ordered a custom ornament for my grandson on 11/29. It said shipped on 12/5, but come 12/20, still no updates, so I emailed them. They replied on 12/23 asking to confirm my address because I had a typo in the zip code. My bad, but instead of reshipping it for a fee, they offered a discount on a new order. Really? Now I'm out $36 for shipping and no ornament. They have my custom order and want me to reorder? What a joke. They had my email, they could’ve contacted me when they got the ornament back. Total scam. Avoid this place!

    I ordered a couple of items from this company on Dec 10, 2024, expecting them within 3-4 weeks as their email stated. Supposedly, production takes 7-10 business days and then another 2-3 weeks for shipping. It’s now January 9th, and tracking shows my package is still nowhere near arriving. This is frustrating! I’ve ordered custom stuff from other places before and never had it take this long. If it doesn’t show up in another week, I’m asking for my money back. This is just ridiculous. I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

    I recently ordered this little plastic thing, expecting it to be at least decent, but what arrived was a joke. It was so flimsy, I doubt it was even worth fifty cents. On top of that, it was supposed to come with a ring clasp to hang it on a ball chain, but that was missing. So, I figured I'd contact customer service to sort it out. Big mistake. It felt like I was being bounced around with no real answers or solutions. Honestly, it was frustrating and a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend going through that hassle again.

    I ordered something back in January and now it’s March and I’m still waiting. The tracking info said it went to 3344 Lexington Avenue in California, which isn’t my address at all. When I asked about it, they said they gave me the wrong tracking info. Then they said it was shipped to my address on February 23rd, but it’s already March 3rd and nothing has arrived. This whole thing has been super frustrating, and I just want to know where my order is. It shouldn’t be this hard to get something I paid for months ago.

    Honestly, this company is a disaster. Bought two items, they promised delivery before Christmas. One arrived on January 4th, and the other just showed up last week. Guess what? Both items were the same, not what I ordered. I emailed them, they asked for pictures and videos, which I sent. Then they replied with pictures of what I should have received. Like, I already showed them what I got! Now they tell me they’re on a company trip until February 10. Unbelievable. Waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

    Ordered my package on Dec. 6, and here I am, still waiting. They said it would arrive in a week, but it's been way longer. I don't think they're even in the country, honestly.     Don't waste your time or money

    Ordered the cylinder for "I Can Only Imagine" Dec. 5, 2024. Today is January 10, 2025, and still, nothing. They send the same email asking for patience. The tracking ended in NYC weeks ago...I could have rode a bike there and back in the time since then and retrieved it myself!!!!! It was a special thing to give to my wife, and now it looks as though it will never arrive. I asked for a refund... let's see if they do it. Bad experience, never again!!!!!!

    Oh, what a disaster! I thought my gift for my wife would arrive before Christmas, but no such luck. And to top it off, on our special 30th-anniversary piece, they spelled my name wrong! Can you believe it? My name is Jason, but they printed Jadon. Everything else was correct, so it’s clearly a mistake on their part. I’m so upset and now scared to even ask them to fix it.     VERY MISLEADING

    I purchased a Bunny for my granddaughter and I only purchased because the song on the Website and order page was "You are my Sunshine" a song I have sang to my granddaughter since she was born. When I received the Bunny the song was a Christmas Song! I wrote to this company and they apologized for the misleading music and offered a 15% Discount on a NEW Purchase, how about a discount on this Purchase!!!! very disappointing and a waste of money!!!
