I placed an order for a dozen wooden cylinder sculptures and wood ornaments, but decided to start with one of each to test your service. Despite paying on November 9, 2023, I haven't received the items as of November 27, 2023. Can you provide an update on my order?

Late arrival of product, unhelpful customer service

Advertised to order now in time for Father's Day. Product did not arrive by Father's Day. It came directly from China, which was extremely disappointing. Customer service responded with general response indicating the product was worth the wait, which was not helpful as I had no gift for Father's Day. The product is ok, however.

Ordered on February 5th, 2024, got it on March 4th, 2024. The wait was because it was shipped from China. That's all there is to it.

I really like the product, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would and the item was smaller than I imagined. When I contacted Faith Corner, I didn't get much information about my order's status. Even though I got both items that I ordered, I'm not sure if I will buy again. The quality is lovely (just tiny for the price) and I didn't realize shipping was from another country.

Misleading

The product I order says ships in 2-5 days. I reached out to Faith Corner customer support and they sent a generic response saying that it would take 3-4 weeks total. I would have purchased my product from another vendor had i known that it would take that long. Please be cautious when ordering from them as they are misleading customers. I hope the product i paid for is actually worth the extra long wait. Wish i could leave a better review but after not being able to cancel my order and now being forced to wait 3-4 weeks for it i am very disappointed! They don’t reply until 24 hours after you message them & you can only cancel up to 12 hours after your order was placed ! Again very Misleading!!! Unless I hear from them sooner i will stand by this post! Buyer beware!!!

I thought I was buying

I thought I was buying American-made stuff when I ordered a wooden sculpture from this website in October. Never got any confirmation, which got me worried. Reached out to them and found out the item was actually coming from China. They said it was given to the post office last week, but there's no tracking number or any clue where it is. I've tried contacting them again, but no reply. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, and the birthday's already passed. The website is totally misleading.

Very disappointed

Customer service is awful. I bought my 83 year-old mother an LED serenity prayer candle. It stopped working within days. I emailed the company they got back to me and said I’m sorry this has happened. Can you give me more detail? I gave them more detail. Then they asked if I could send them a video. I sent them a video after that crickets. I emailed them several times asking if they received the email with the video. Crickets. My mom tried reaching out. Crickets. There is no phone number to be able to speak to somebody. You can only email. You’re at their mercy to get back to you. I will never buy anything from them again.

Even though the order came a few days after Easter, I understand it was a big order, and each bunny was custom made with my grandkids' names. Plus, I had "grandma and papa" written in the headline. These bunnies turned out to be the most adorable things ever!!! Each one had a different color and a unique background, and they were exactly what I asked for! Our 10-year-old grandson loved his too!!! I’ll definitely order from this company again!!! Next time, though, I’ll give them more time to process such a large order!!!
