I ordered some personalized items for Christmas and had a pretty decent experience overall. The customer service was professional and kept me informed, which is always a plus during the holiday rush. I found so many things I’d love to buy if I had some extra cash. I got this cute little ornament of a couple holding hands with "we’ve got this" on it. It didn’t quite match the picture, though. It seemed like it should be ceramic, but it looked kinda cheap in person. The names were correct, so that was a relief. I also purchased a personalized rug with "In this house we will serve the Lord" on it. It's beautiful and colorful, but I wish it had a firmer backing. Maybe it's easier to wash this way.

I got this Sea Turtles plaque

I got this Sea Turtles plaque, and it's quite a looker, but there's a bit of a catch. From the ad on Facebook, I thought it came with a stand or something to hang it up, but nope, it's just a flat piece of acrylic. It’s stunning, don’t get me wrong, but without a stand, it just keeps tipping over. I was hoping to display it, but now it just kinda leans awkwardly against the wall. If you're thinking of getting it, just remember you'll need to figure out how to keep it upright. A little heads up in the description would've been nice, though, especially since it’s really a piece worth showing off.

I ordered a pocket watch

I ordered a pocket watch for my husband, and honestly, the wait had me a bit anxious. It took around three weeks, and with Christmas creeping up, I was on edge. But just when I was starting to panic, it arrived on the 22nd, and I was so relieved. I had read some mixed reviews before ordering, so I was a bit hesitant at first. But seeing the watch in person, it's absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It's exactly what I hoped for, and my worries were all for nothing. It's been a hit!

I recently picked up this adorable bunny for my little grandbaby, and let me tell you, it's been a hit! The plush toy is just the cutest thing ever, and my grandbaby can't get enough of it. But, when I was checking out, I noticed there wasn't any spot to apply the discount code I had. I reached out to customer service, hoping they could help me out, but they said they couldn't do anything since the order was already processed. It's a bummer because I love a good deal. Still, the joy on my grandbaby's face makes it kind of worth it. Just wish the checkout process was a bit smoother with discounts.

I was really looking forward

I was really looking forward to getting the items I ordered, thinking they'd be coming from Boulder, CO. Imagine my surprise when I discovered they were actually being shipped from China! Got the first package last week, but the second one is still missing. I ordered them just 10 minutes apart, hoping they’d arrive together. It’s kinda stressful because the second item is for my wife’s 80th birthday, and I really wanted everything to be perfect. I wish they’d been more clear about the shipping details upfront. Now I’m just crossing my fingers it gets here in time for the big day.
