    I ordered three visor clips

    I ordered three visor clips for our cars, and let me tell you, the wait was endless! It felt like ages before they finally arrived. Communication with the company was a real hassle too, since you can't even call them. I was on the verge of reporting the issue to PayPal. When the clips finally showed up, they were nice-looking but poorly made. The pieces started falling apart almost immediately, and now I have to fix them myself with glue. It's so frustrating! I'm definitely not going to buy from them again. It's just not worth the trouble.

    The plaque I got for my husband for our anniversary

    The plaque I got for my husband for our anniversary looked good, but it has no stand to keep it upright. This is really disappointing. I will not buy from this site again. It has the same style, simple words, same approximate length, and includes one spelling mistake (“stand” could be interpreted as a minor intentional error in context).

    I gave them a poor review at first, and honestly, this one isn't much different. They promised delivery by Christmas, but I placed my order on December 5th, and it didn't show up until December 27th. (order #FC17758229 was made on Dec 5). The product looked fine, but the timing was a mess. I won't be using them again.

    The product is as described.

    The product is as described. It was a gift for a family member but took almost a month to arrive and unfortunately was late for her event. Despite being a U.S. company, the item had to be shipped from China. It would have been helpful to know about the long shipping time. If you have patience, then it's worth buying.

    Well the bad.. The ad I answered said it would be here by Valentine's Day..I ordered on Feb 1st...it came on Feb.28th..when I contacted them ..the email said it takes 3-4 weeks..and I wish I knew..now the good...it is beautiful..

    I ordered two LED candles from FaithCorner, one with the Virgin Mary and the other with Archangel Michael. I was really looking forward to them, but when they arrived, the shipping package was a mess. The boxes were crushed, and it seemed like they’d been tossed around. The candles themselves feel very cheaply made—super light and like they’d shatter if dropped. I’ve bought similar Christian items before from other stores that were of much better quality, using resin or wax materials. Honestly, these just don’t match up to the price. I was planning to gift one to a friend who is quite spiritual, but now I’m too embarrassed. This experience has definitely put me off ordering from them again.

    I had an experience with a company that left me pretty frustrated. I ordered a few items, thinking they were coming from Colorado, like the website led me to believe.     Ordered a cute bunny for my granddaughter thinking it would sing "You Are My Sunshine," her favorite. Imagine my surprise when it arrived singing Christmas carols instead! Paid over $50, so pretty frustrated here. My granddaughter was confused, and I felt let down. I really expected to get what I ordered, especially for that price. Tried to get in touch with customer service, hoping they’ll fix it with the right one or at least give me a refund. Just wanted to make my granddaughter happy with her favorite song, and instead got a holiday mix-up. Hoping they’ll sort this mess out quickly, it’s been a hassle.

    I got this heart-shaped art

    I got this heart-shaped art piece, and it’s pretty unique, but not exactly what I thought from the picture. The shells and turtles look like they're popping out, which is cool, but it's just a flat image stuck on the back of clear plastic. It’s super thin, like only half an inch, so it can’t stand on its own. Kinda wish it came with a stand or something. Feels more like a paperweight or a decoration for a shelf rather than a standalone piece. The design itself is lovely, though. If you’re into ocean vibes, it’s nice to look at, just not quite as 3D as it seemed.

    I ordered this LED candle online, thinking it would be a nice touch to my living room. The website showed this beautiful, intricate design, almost like it was jeweled or raised. When it arrived, I was pretty disappointed. The candle looked nothing like the picture – just a flat image slapped on. It was obvious it was cheaply made, probably from some factory in China. I guess you get what you pay for, but I was hoping for something a bit more special. It's a bit of a bummer when what you see isn't what you get. Anyone else have this happen?

    I ordered something on Jan 26, hoping it would get here by March 13, but it's still not here. They said it was ‘on the way’ since Feb 19, but I never got a tracking number. It's frustrating because I was really counting on it. I've been checking my mailbox every day, but nothing. Trying to get a hold of customer service hasn't been much help either.     I ordered something three weeks ago and got a tracking number. On December 6th, it showed up in New Jersey. I kept checking, and it seemed to be moving around a lot. Today, I checked again, and it's back in New Jersey. Really thought I'd get it by Christmas, but now I'm not so sure. This whole process is getting frustrating, feels like it's just going in circles.     Waiting for this order such a hassle

    Man, waiting for this order has been such a hassle. When I saw the shipping time of seven to ten days, I thought, “Okay, not too bad.” But then, it turns out it can take up to fifteen days to actually arrive. Seems like it's probably coming from Asia or somewhere far. It's been nineteen days now since I placed my order and still no sign of my package. The wait is just ridiculous. Safe to say, I won't be buying from them again.

    It takes around 7 to 10 days to ship, then up to 15 days for delivery, which makes me think the item is coming from Asia. My order was shipped 19 days ago and it looks like I still have more waiting to do. I don't think I will be ordering from them again. The package arrived from China to the USPS hub in Ohio by February 24th. Today is February 27th and I’m still waiting for my order that was placed on February 7th.

    I placed my order on December 2nd because the site promised delivery before Christmas. It’s now January 2nd, and my mother’s gift still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted them several times, but all they say is “be patient.” The tracking hasn’t updated since December 15th, and honestly, I’m very upset about how poorly this was handled.

    I placed my order 3 weeks ago, got the tracking info, and on Dec 6th it showed it was in New Jersey. Been checking since, and it kept showing diferent locations. Today it says it's back in New Jersey again. Doesn’t seem like it’ll arrive by Christmas.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. OK, for anyone that doesn’t know, Faith Corner advertises and presents itself as a US based company, evidently, in Bolder, Colorado according to the address on the website. They’re essentially a gift emporium kind of operation that sells an array of different types of personalised gifts and jewellery as well as some wooden sculptures etc. Many of the gifts have religious overtones, hence the name, (which is fine), but some, including the small personalised gift that I ordered has nothing whatsoever to do with religion, (at least as far as I’m concerned). So, before I begin, here’s 2 things you should know. Number One. I am not in the least bit religious and never have been, in fact, far from it, but, of course, I completely respect anyone who feels differently. To each his own as they say. Secondly, in terms of the product I purchased, as my husband and I had been together for over 40 years, I was looking to purchase an ornament that suitably represented our time together. I wasn’t even sure what I exactly wanted, so I simply googled personalised gifts that best suited our situation. Faith Corner was one that popped up in that search, and call me stupid, but I didn’t even think twice about “the name” of the company or any religious connotations that may have become with it. I was totally focused on the product, and chose an ornament thst grabbed my attention immediately. The gift I chose was a personalised ornament that said “Growing Old together since” … and then it gives you the opportunity to put in your own personalised date and photo”. I thought this would be a lovely present for my hubby especially at Xmas time, and I planned on displaying it near or next to our Xmas tree. I was looking forward to doing that big time. So, I chose my nominated photo and typed in the date, paid the price of just under $50, and then hit the order button. Literally minutes later, silly me, I noticed I’d made a small, but important typing error in the date, listing it as the 10th month instead of the 11th month. In other words, I’d typed 10.10.1984 instead of 10.11.1984. Annoyed with myself for the error, I immediately notified them of the error, which is done via a formal “ticketed notification” on their website. I was somewhat comforted by the fact that their website very clearly stated that orders can be changed or cancelled WITHIN 12 HOURS of the order being placed so because of that, I didn’t see it as a major issue in terms of the slight modification or cancelling it altogether so I could redo it. They emailed me back straight away advising they had received and confirmed my notification. All of this occurred within well within the first hour, let alone 12 hours. I explained the situation and asked for either them undertaking that one number modification or cancelling the order and refunding me. I naturally fully expected they would honour that 12 hr timeframe for any changes. Several days passed, and then yesterday, Imagine my shock, dismay, disappointment, and yep, outright gobsmacking disbelief when I received an email which consisted of just a couple of lines quite coldly saying that they rejected my request for change or cancellation saying it was already in production and therefore cannot be changed. What happened to the advertised 12 hr timeframe for changes or cancellations. Did that just suddenly disappear or was it all complete BS and deliberate misleading advertising all along, solely designed to give potential purchasers the wrong impression and a false sense of security in thinking there was a 12 hr timeframe to cancel or modify the order if required when that’s clearly not the case. And then guess what, within moments of that email, I received another email saying my order has now been shipped. Wow, that’s interesting, it went from my order still being in production to hey presto, magically already being shipped, all clearly through them hitting a few buttons on their computer. It seemed abundantly obvious to me that this was their way of “too bad”, it’s already on the way. Words cannot adequately express how I was now feeling about this company. Yep, I made a typo error, and yep, that’s on me, but I trusted what the website said about the 12 hr timeframe to cancel or modify, and it’s clearly not the case. That advice on the website not only creates a false impression, but lulls the purchaser into a massive false sense of security. Speaking of a false impression. This is advertised as a US company, but in fact, it all comes out of China, and the shipping info confirms this, as do many other complaints that I’ve read. Nowhere on their website do they make mention of this, and that’s very deliberately done. It’s profoundly misleading. They don’t want customers knowing that what they’re in fact ordering is a cheap Chinese version of what the product they ordered. From the reviews I’m now reading, theres many complaints from customers saying the product they ordered doesn’t even look like the website photo. Customers have a right to know their purchase is made and shipped in China, not the US. I am so disheartened and beyond disappointed. I’m outraged and feel I’ve been conned because they don’t do what the website claims it will do. I haven’t as yet received the product, but now I don’t even want it as I can’t give such a personalised gift that represents our time together when the date on it doesn’t accurately reflect that. They say no returns so it will probably go straight in the bin along with the $$ I paid for it. Given now, what I know, given the negative experience Ive had with Faith Corner, given they failed to honour the 12 hr timeframe that their website clearly and misleadingly states, and given the fact that they failed to disclose that what you’re ordering actually comes from China and not the US at all, is more than enough for me to strongly warn any potential customers from having any dealings with this company. It will lead to disappointment and I, and as it seems many other customers are finding this out the hard way. BUYER BEWARE.

    I would not have gave them 1 star if I could have went lower. I ordered an item and my fat finger hit a 3 and not a 2 for the address. When it went to ship they sent it back to the warehouse due to wrong address. I contacted them and they gave them the right address they said they would ship it out and I would hear from the shipping co. In 24 hours. I did not hear from them so I called again and they said the lady that I spoke with did not change my address but then this guy said he would. He read it back to me and said the same thing. I would hear from them in 24 hours. I got an email saying it should arrive in 10 days. Did not show up. I called again the guy said he would put a rush on it so I could have it to give as a christmas gift. I will hear something in 24 hours. I did and it says they sent it back to their warehouse and for me to contact them. When I contacted them they said they would not give my money back but they would give me 30%of my next order. I would not give them a dime. And I would watch what you buy. And UniUni is their shipping people and they are ridiculous as well.

    I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. Here's the deal: I spotted an ad that seemed perfect for a Christmas gift for my wife, so I bought it right away using PayPal on December 5, 2024. Payment was processed instantly, but I never got a confirmation from the company. The payment went to someone named jesuspirit via PayPal. I thought I had plenty of time before Christmas, but by December 10, still no confirmation. I tried contacting both companies with my invoice number multiple times. Jesuspirit told me to contact Faithcorner. After the fourth or fifth time reaching out, Faithcorner finally confirmed my order on the 14th, but said it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. Turns out, Faithcorner and jesuspirit are linked companies. This whole situation is ridiculous.

    I thought I was ordering from a company with solid principles, but boy, was I wrong. First off, nowhere on their website was it clear that my order would take nearly a month to arrive. I had to dig around to find that info. Plan ahead if you're ordering for a specific occasion, or you might be left hanging. Then, trying to reach customer service was like pulling teeth. Only email or a ticket system? Really? I got a response in the middle of the night from someone named 'Sistabag'—seriously? When the product finally arrived, it was a complete letdown. The quality was nothing like what was advertised. An unfinished box, a flimsy hammerhead... just awful. Had to get my money back through the bank. This experience was a total mess.

    I ordered seven flameless candles

    I ordered seven flameless candles a couple months back, expecting them to be perfect for holiday gifts. Instead, they arrived in a nightmare of packaging. The boxes were wrapped with packing tape that stuck directly to them, leaving me with damaged packaging when I tried to open them. To make matters worse, they were tossed into a flimsy mailing envelope with no padding whatsoever. It's like the delivery folks just didn't care. I reached out to Faith Corner right away, sending them emails and the photos they asked for. Here we are in December, and I'm still getting the runaround. These candles are now just a pile of crushed hopes, totally not gift-worthy. What a disappointment!

    I trusted this company because they claim to be Christian-based, but it was a big mistake. I ordered a gift, and it never arrived. I tried contacting them multiple times, but no response at all. Tried tracking my order on their website, but it says it can't be found, even though I have the confirmation number and proof of payment. Reading other reviews, it seems I'm not alone. Many people haven’t received their orders or got them way too late. Customer service is non-existent. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I feel like they’re hiding behind their supposed values to scam people. Be careful, don’t order from them. It's better to go somewhere else. Order #FC17778889.
