Napisałam kolejne e-male bez odpowiedzi w końcu odesłałam zamówienie i tu kolejna przykra niespodzianka w zwrocie zamówienia były do zwrotu 2 produkty.

Great prints, watch fees

Paper feels premium and colors are true. I felt delighted unpacking, just remember cross-border orders can mean duties and extra shipping.

Gallery wall came together

Picked prints by size, added matching frames, and the easy-open backs were a breeze. Shipment to Ontario took longer than hoped, but everything arrived pristine. Duties were noted in checkout info. The final look is crisp and cohesive.

Frames are surprisingly easy

Unboxed, popped the back, and had art on the wall in minutes. The sizing guides helped me avoid awkward gaps.

Avoid at all cost

Really terrible! And really bad customer service. Do your self a favour and chose another company. There are lots to chose from.

Expensive price low quality

The print was very poor for the price point, its printed on card which I could’ve just done at home. The actually print design is lovely but not as great as it looks online, there is also a large white border which ruins the look. The price point for shipping is also very extortionate and it was also very late from when I got the expected dispatch date. I wouldn’t buy from desenio again.

Tried with multiple cards

Tried with multiple cards Tried with multiple cards, PayPal, devices, different days and times to make payment, nothing, The payment is not processed. I made a request for assistance for payment problems, no one contacted me again and that's why I'm here to advise against the company - at the moment. Sorry because years ago I purchased with pleasure and in 2025 such problems with payment and zero assistance in a giant are serious! I still hope to be contacted again and to resolve, right now I can only give a bad review. If I solve it I will gladly update.

4 stars given since the frames I bought arrived without any guide

4 stars given since the frames I bought arrived without any guide on using the hooks or the frames themself. The posters material feels alright, not very strong, but aceptable.

The variety here is really great.

The variety here is really great. Picking a print, framed or not, is very easy. Prices are really good and fair. I am happy with the choise and service.

The products are really great.

The products are really great. There are some rare finds here! I got a print from an order I made a few weeks back. The packiging was very secure, delivery was on time, and the print looks amazing on high-quality paper.

I first received a broken frame in the mail, but desenio was quick to fix the problem and sent me a new one. Besides that, the selection is really good, and the frames look nice :)

Clean website that is also easy to use on mobile.

Clean website that is also easy to use on mobile. It makes shopping simple and fun! Big selection and fair prices. Recommended!

Really fast to pick and buy.

Really fast to pick and buy. I thought shopping would be harder but it was nice and easy to do. The whole process didn’t take much time, and I felt comfortable the entire way. Would use again for sure!

Plenty of art to pick from and the different frame

Plenty of art to pick from and the different frame and size options were good. I really appeciate being able to toggle between inches and cm (I go by inches). One small thing – delivery not costing extra is cool, but I didn't find a way to pick faster shipping. If it’s not an option, a quick message saying so would be nice. Other than that, I enjoy the site and what it sells.

At first, I bought a poster gallery for my kitchen.

At first, I bought a poster gallery for my kitchen. I’m not very good at picking decor for my home. Desenio helped make it simple. I liked that I could preview how different frames looked on the posters right on the website before I bought them. Putting it together was simple. The gallery looks great. Now, I’m back to order more for my laundry room and pantry.

It was simple to find exactly what I needed

It was simple to find exactly what I needed and there were many options in that section. The prices seemed fair.

Simple to use and make design, but putting

Simple to use and make design, but putting your delivery adress is tricky because the system dosen’t find your street, so I had to send it to a pick up spot.

The poster we bought was bright

The poster we bought was bright, cheap and perfect for a baby’s room! It arrived quickly and looked just like the picture online. The colors were nice and it fit the space really well. I’m happy with this purchase and would buy from this company again. The whole process was simple and the quality was good for the price. Definitely a good choice for decorating a nursery.

I really like the site because it has lots of choices

I really like the site because it has lots of choices and the cost for the prints and frames is very low! I got six prints and frames in different sizes for a gallery wall and I'm really happy with them. At first I thought the low price might mean poor quallity, but they look great! The shipping was really fast! I would order again and suggest it to others.

Huge selection of posters available.

Huge selection of posters available. The finishes are good quality. The payment process was quick and easy.

I have 4 sheets and I really like them

I have 4 sheets and I really like them. The only thing I would change is being able to buy the polyethylene sheet alone, not the whole frame.

If you want posters with different styles like photos or drawings

If you want posters with different styles like photos or drawings, this company is a nice choise. The frames cost more than I expected, but poster prices are fair, mainly when they have discounts from 40 to 50% off, which happens often. It's handy to sign up for their newsletter, so you don’t need to visit the site all the time.

Sweet artwork for my little one's room.

Sweet artwork for my little one's room. I got the tree houses, and the paper and print quality is decent for the discounted price. I wouldn’t pay the full price, but I’d definitely consider buying other items if they’re on sale. I’m happy with what I got.

I bought a print with a frame and framing service.

I bought a print with a frame and framing service. The print is beautiful and the frame is good. I wouldn’t recommend the framing service, it’s really expensive. Delivery times were fine.

I just got my second poster from Desenio

I just got my second poster from Desenio and it’s at the framers right now. The quality is really good and there is a huge variety to pick from. I’m excited to see how they will make the room look once they’re up on the wall.

Desenio has been very supportive.
