This company is a SCAM! They say the service is free but then ask for 1$ for some pointless report and more for extra content. After some time, they charge you 29$ without your approval or any warning! WATCH OUT!

They honestly don't even deserve one star, let alone a fraction of one. They are a rip-off. I've tried contacting them via chat 6 times, and they always promise to email me back about my $29.95 refund that they charged unlawfully. I've dialed their number 10 times, and it only gives you the choice to 1) Cancel your subscription or 2) Request a refund. If you choose 1, it cuts you off immediately, and if you choose 2, it tells you to hold and then hangs up after a minute and a half. The chat responses were just repeats. This situation is unacceptable. I agreed to a $1 report that provided no useful information about the vehicle I was interested in. It was supposed to cancel before the trial ended but didn't, charging my card $29.95, and now getting my money back seems nearly impossible. I'm at a loss and struggling financially, and this has made it worse.

RUN FROM THESE GUYS. They trick you into paying $1 for a vehicle history, but in fine print they sign you up for a biweekly subscription charge of $29.95, and you can't do anything about getting your money back, because you didn't read the fine print. Completely unlegittimate company. They should be fined and shut down for tricking people into paying against peoples will. I just happened to check my account in time and noticed one charge that I didn't recognized. Other people got ripped off multiple times. And canceling their illusive subscription is a huge run around. I wasted an hour trying to cancel the subscription. Had to request my PayPal account to block them from distorting anymore money from me.

This company provides a vehicle history report service via vinhistoryusa.com. Even if you cancel their service right away, they persistently attempt to charge your account. They've made these attempts for three consecutive months! (The charge appears as PERSONALREPORTS on your bank statement.) Despite numerous calls and emails to cancel the service, they persist in trying to charge my card. (Despite them claiming it was canceled months ago!) It's best to steer clear of this company. One can only wonder how they continue to operate with these fraudulent charges! How do they remain in business?!?!

Unfortunately, I found out that the company has several ways to raise the total price of their services. Although the first fee is only $1, you end up paying more for each specific request, like previous owner info, accident history, manufacturer details, and where the car has been registered or driven. Each of these can add an extra fee, which can range from $1 to about $5, making the total costs go up quickly and surpass the advertised $1 trial. Plus, if you ask for information that you already paid for, you'll get charged again. It wasn’t hard to cancel my membership, and I was glad I used a Visa cash card with just $7 left, which helped limit what I could be charged. This experience was a reminder to carefully check out companies that offer online services, as hidden fees can add up fast. So, it’s wise not to assume that all services are included in the initial trial fee.

Rip off!!! I'd give this site minus 100 if I could! Tried gettin the report, got billed just like they said, BUT they also slapped on a $29.95 fee for some subscription we didnt sign up for. You say yes to one thing and boom—you're charged more! Avoid this place! No reply when you try to contact. Then finaly get an email and they tell you to check the first one—which is nowhere. Looked in mine and my husband's inbox and it's not there. I called, and big suprise—no money back!!! Don’t fall for it!!!!

Disappointing company. As some have mentioned, they charge you a dollar for no reason, and before you know it, they try to take $29.95 every month. I attempted to cancel, and it appeared to go through, but I still get notifications from my bank's fraud team that they keep attempting to charge me. I've already denied the payment once, and my bank keeps rejecting it. It seems like there's absolutely no way to cancel once you've completed the initial cancellation.

TOTAL RIPOFF! Paid for a $1 bin report but got details that had nothin to do with my car AND then got billed 3 times the price. A week later, another $29.95 gone. When I called to cancle, all they did was ask for my card number again. TOTAL RIPOFF. They ignore emails and don’t do what they say about refunds or canceling. I’m telling every agency I can. This site shoud be shut down!

Site said 1$ for full vin report. Didn't say I'd be able to read it without paying more money. Full vin report. But in order to read it have to pay for each option. Next time read reviews before ASSuming. Pissed but got what i paid for, them to run the report. 🤣

Worst site ever and they cheat! You get put in a subscription without knowing when you ask for a vin check for $1. I called support two times, both were very unfriendly and didnt let me talk to a boss! Worst site and I would not sugest!
