The reservation was switched to another hotel the same

The reservation was switched to another hotel the same day we arrived, which caught us off guard. I didn’t realize we had an Uber for the presentation because the email ended up in my spam folder, which I only saw much later after visiting the office. When I got the meeting confirmation, the man could have mentioned that transport was included, which would have saved me from taking a taxi and being a bit late. The presentation itself was very good. These small mix-ups made us hesitant to join VO as members — what other last-minute issues might come up after signing? There were supposed to be some gifts or tickets after the presentation, but we never got them. No company is flawless, so I’ll keep my rating for VO at a 4.

Mixed Feelings on Presentation Experience

While I appreciated the presentation, I was disheartened by the blatant insult of being told I wouldn't buy it later at a higher price. This contradicted the promised absence of high-pressure tactics, feeling both false and unethical. Despite the unpleasant encounter, I acknowledge the intention to circle back for a purchase. However, the incident highlighted a misunderstanding about financial dealings at a significant level. Wishing for a more respectful approach in the future, especially considering the magnitude of ongoing negotiations.

We liked the presentation and the kind help we got from the staff during it. The company that set up the trip told us the presentation would be where we were staying, but we learned it wasn't, so we had to hurry to the right spot. We didn’t know we could have gotten a free ride there, which was our error. When we reached the presentation, we explained to the staff about the mix-up, and they asked me to fill in a form detailing what happened. We were given compensation by VO staff for the other company's misake!

Samantha was very nice while helping us make the booking. She listened, gave us info, and made things easier. The vacation deal was budget-friendly, but there’s a catch. If your kids are older, be ready to pay extra at booking. Also, there are daily taxes and costs that don’t come in the starting price. You do get a lot of trips for that cost. But picking the right one is triky, and the one you want might need more money. You’ll probaly end up paying to upgrade.

When buying a trip or package, your company

When buying a trip or package, your company should send me (the customer) a written summary of all the trips or vacation spots and flights included. This should be done via email. I shouldn’t need to call customer service to learn about the places I can visit based on the plan I bought. Apart from that, I think VO is doing a good job.

Depends on what I’m judging.. I tried calling for 3 days but nobody picked up. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, the call dropped and then it put me back at number 9 in the queue again. The day you finally answered, I waited a long time before the person picked up. When I finally spoke with a rep, they were really helpful…

I booked a resort deal through VacationOffer and the process was surprisingly smooth – the agent listened to our date preferences and found us a good stay without pressure. One hiccup with the room change on arrival, but customer service fixed it quickly so in the end it was a positive experience.

The staff I worked with were very nice and understanding, even though I wasn’t so polite. I hope they can forgive my bad manners. I checked my finances and saw that I bought the item while I was under strong meds in the hospital.

Overall stay went as expected. A few minor problems at the hotel, but nothing related to VO. We did not expect the space to be used for the sales seminar. It looked very professional and the A/C was not working properly.
