Vacation Offer scammed me big time

total scam. Not even a company but a domain with no one in charge. Do not fall for their scam. Charged be $600 for the package and $619 for the reservations they never made or paid for. Ii paid for everything and now they say gather everything for partial reimbursement. What? I want the $619 back since I know I can't turn in the whole package.

"The Vacation Club" SUCK!!!!!!!

I said no to the offer. The vacation club told me after saying no. My "perk" ($50 visa gift card) would be delivered thru my email in 1/2 hr (it's been a week!) They also sent me on my way with no ride back to the hotel they picked me up from. 2 1/2 miles i had to walk to my hotel. I DONT TRUST THEM!!! Use caution if you take them seriously.

Poor Service! Bad Staff

We paid for a 7 night cruise and we received a 5 night cruise. We were intending a European cruise and 5 nights is not and option. The staff was not helpful and somewhat rude and short with me. Pursuing a refund, not happy. Please call me Mike Nugent 803 389 9526.

This is a scam, never give these people card info.. they have employees tht write fake 5 star reviews. And erase all the bad comments on Facebook page.. it's a total scam, the bbb doesn't even recognize this company for a reason

Refund difficult

I made a deal last Dec, and knowing over charged $500 on Feb , Keep on contacting their office——phone and message getting case number 456841 but no refund yet till today 03-18, No way but state herein till case closed

They lie and use high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign up. Be smart don't attend their presentation, and if you do, know that what they offer you is not what you will get. Walk out before you sign up.

No credit or cancelation

I had a vacation to vegas planned. Came down with covid the day before leaving houston to vegas. No refund, credit or discussion. Guess I was suppose to get on plane, hotel and casino and give everyone covid.

Stay away!! They target people who own or owned timeshares telling them they have unused “credits”. Very hard sale, unscrupulous. Refuse to give refunds. Run!!

Had a reservation to check in the Quality inn in St peterburg fl, drove 1000 miles got and desk guys reservation had been canceled

bought 3 packages only got 1

I bought 3 packages and only got 1, when i called customer service they say they see i bought 3 but only got one package
