I might have started off a bit upset. But Carris was kind and polite. She paid attention to my issue with your rival company. I had just left them, so I though you would be like them too. But I was really glad to see you were not. You cared about fixing a problem that was not even your fault. At first, I was as angry as a storm, but by the end of the call, I was calm as a lake. So it's nice that with some good customer care, I became a big fan of VO.

The best part about my experience was the speech

The best part about my experience was the speech. The speaker greeted us after we logged in and informed us that she would present later. Her charisma, passion, wisdom, and honesty were awesome. This was very important to me. Her explanations of all aspects of the travel industry and comparisons to time shares and website pricing for hotels, travel, etc. were revealing. Basically, her speech convinced us to join.

I didn't get enough details from the salesman

I didn't get enough details from the salesman, and the legal agent only gave me the basic info. It wasn’t until I spoke with Liz (Elizabeth) that I finally got clear, accurate answers that made me feel okay about my decision. We spoke for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and she answered all my questions. Now, I just hope everything promised will actually happen after my host visit.

I had some confusion with the travel

I had some confusion with the travel offer and struggled to fill out the forms correctly. Erin was very kind and helped me solve these issues quickly. Since I live in Canada, she also explained why they couldn’t send a Hawaii trip voucher to my address. She updated my billing address to Arizona so I could get the voucher without delay. Thank you for your suport and help!

We were pleasantly suprised with our experience at the VO presentation we attended. Everything from start to finish was great. Rene did a wonderful job in telling the story of VO. It was light hearted and informative. Marcus and Jay were great to work with. They made understanding the system very easy. Made us an offer we couldn't refuse. Can't wait to start using VO.

Emily did a good job

Emily did a good job. There were issues and uncertainty about the honesty of this nice deal. Money...I struggle to make ends meet and she kept trying everything to handle the money for me. Her honesty for me to enjoy anticipating something nice and cheap won me over. You have a "JEM" in her skills and desire to truly care for people! Increase her pay! PLESE!

I mixed up my dates and now I have to head

I mixed up my dates and now I have to head to Vegas sometime between November and December. Luckily, I got connected to a great operator who really helped me sort things out. Her name was Tori. She was very patient, super kind, and knew her stuff really well. I kind of wish I could always talk to her for anything related to my appointments.

We had to be transferred a few times at the start, but Nanette got back to us and knew a lot about the vacation packages. She guided us through everything step by step, which was useful since it was our first time with this service. We are excited to use the packages just like they explained during the presentation in Las Vegas.

Later, during Billie Jean, MJ had the boy and his brother sing along with him. He was very kind. It was a nice show, and I’d go again.

Nanette, my Account Manager, did a great job. She was really helpful and took the time to explain everything to me, even though I'm not great with computers. At first, I was a bit annoyed with the process, but after talking to Nanette, I feel confident about my decision to join this travel club.

This was my first time using my package and I'm happy with the customer service I got. Booking was easy and done without any problems. I'm excited to plan my next trip. I haven't actually gone on my vacation yet, so I'll share my thoughts on that later. The booking process was smooth.

I recently availed the company's vacation booking services for the first time. Upon my initial call, the customer service representative was welcoming, engaging, and attentive to my needs. They provided helpful suggestions, making the experience positive from the start.

The agent was very eager to reach out to me and let me know that I had won the Grand Prize!!! He was polite and explained all the details about the trip. He also shared how I could add another person to my cruise for a discount on the trip.
