The agent insisted on trying to upsell me, claiming flights would cost 'over $800-900 per person'. I refused to be misled and stood my ground. Thankfully, my card remained untouched. Don’t fall for their tactics—book smart, book elsewhere!

Initially, the first batch of tickets proved disappointing, causing some frustration. However, TrustFares managed to secure more budget-friendly alternatives, surpassing what I could find independently. The attendant displayed commendable patience and assistance throughout the process.

The company attempted a deceitful

The company attempted a deceitful tactic with my airline tickets. After purchasing 2 tickets with reserved seats, I received an email the next day prompting a "verification" of my reservation. To my dismay, they claimed the ticket prices had surged by over $250 each, alleging they hadn't charged my credit card the previous day. This maneuver appeared to be a blatant scheme to extract more money. I refused to pay the additional amount and vowed never to use their services due to their questionable practices.

My agent, your employee, Alice was WONDERFUL - very patient/unhurried/made me feel VERY valued as a customer, very helpful-- 5☆☆☆☆☆ !!! As it turns out the card I was using was no longer valid causing my reservation to not go through totally on the website. When I called I got Alice, promptly & I am thankful!! She explained the situation then actually called me BACK a couple of times to check on my progress/intentions on securing my Reservation!! And I could tell she was genuinely trying to take care of my needs & NOT just "make a sell"!! Thank you, Alice for helping to restore & renew my Faith in Customer Service -- TRUE Customer Service!!! You were a Blessing to me & a joy to deal with!!! Can you possibly give Walmart & so many other Stores/Institutions Lessons on Customer Service!! Thank you again for all your help & concern!! And thank you RateTrust for allowing me to share my encounter with her !! Do everything you can to KEEP her !!!

This was my first time using a booking agent.

This was my first time using a booking agent. Steve reached out to me to let me know the flights were confirmed which were on standby. He got me as close as possible with regards to departure times, etc. for basically the same price. My only disappointment was that these new arrangements were not direct flights as I originally wanted. She provided detailed instructions through the entire process and assured me every time I checked in that things were moving and I would receive my etickets once the airline put through the charges. I was nervous and sent a few emails but Steve kept assuring me everything was OK. She even called me once the charges hit to let me know my etickets were sent.

The associate who helped us (Jeff) was more than helpful, patient and efficient. He answered all our questions without rushing us to make a decision. He provided all the useful information and once we were happy with the choice we made, Jeff made all the arrangements within a few minutes, without any errors, and to the best of our satisfaction. Trust Fares Very responsive and reliable .

Jeff at lux flight was absolutely sensational. He first got us excellent tickets and prices for them on our trip from LAX to Venice Italy. When the trip was cancelled because of the virus he immediately got our money back from British Air with no hassel I have worked with other travel agencies over the last 20 years and have never been more pleased with anyone . they are great, and I strongly say I would use them again. I finally got my ticket from Lucas

I finally got my ticket from Lucas, he helped me fix everything but I didn’t get my booking number till 2:00 a.m. and my flight was at 6:00 a.m. so I had to pay $100 at the airport for my luggage! Then I had to spend another $60 to fly because that 39.99 ticket deal was not real! I did get home on the same flight but it was a long 2 days talking to many people before Lucas sortted it out.
