Changed the original Price

This is the firxt time using trust fares. I found very low fares and I bought the tickets. I should have known that the fares were to good to be true. About an hour after I received my connfirmation I received another email saying that I needed to call to complete the process. When I called they told me that the flights I had choosen were no longer available and that I would have to choose a diffrent flight. The sales person did give me other options with a "discount", even with that I ended up paying $174 more than I originally had paid. I do have to say that they were still the least expensive flights I could find. Specially since they were last minute same day flights.

The pricing was reasonable, but I found communication to be somewhat challenging. Confirmations took 24 hours, which was a bit inconvenient. Considering these factors, I'm hesitant to use this website again.

Misinformation

My flight from Chicago to Fort Myers was canceled at boarding time. I needed to rebook and had to buy one way tickets in order to get to and from within my time line. Trust Fair helped me with my return flight from Fort Myers to O'Hare. The first flight they confirmed with me had an issue. I received a message from trust fares I needed to call them regarding my booking. When I spoke with an agent about the booking tickets were no longer available for the flight they had booked me on so I had to take an earlier flight that went from Fort Myers to Chicago then to Cincinnati. I was assured that this would not be a problem as long as I wasn't checking bags. When I got to the airport and was boarding all of the overhead compartments were full. My bags had to be checked and when the agent checked my boarding pass she argued that I was going to Cincinnati not Chicago. I wasn't given the opportunity to show them my confirmation and emails to confirm that I had been bumped from a later flight to this flight. I was accused of fraud and trying to get cheaper tickets by buying the flight to Cincinnati rather than directly to Chicago. I was told to get on the plane and send my bags to Cincinnati or I could repurchase tickets for another flight. Fortunately when I got to Chicago and spoke to an agent who I was going to file a claim with to get my bags was able to get the bags pulled from the flight to Cincinnati. It was very stressful and I was traveling with my granddaughter who was very embarrassed by the whole situation. I don't know if this problem resulted in giving me a connecting flight or just the agent at the terminal but hopefully correct information will be given to all customers. Thank you

WORST THIRD PARTY TO BUY TICKETS FROM. I PURCHASED OR THOUGHT I PURCHASED A SAME DAY TICKET ON THIS SITE. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT I WILL RECEIVE ETICKET AFTER ABOUT 2HRS I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE NO TICKET(AA) I CALLED AND WAS TOLD A CRAP STORY ABOUT WHY I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE TICKET. I SAID CANCEL AND I WILL LOOK ONLINE AND GET ANOTHER TICKET. SO I WENT ABOUT MY BUSINESS AND WAS SEARCHING I THEN GOT A PHONE CALL OFFERING TO SELL ME ANOTHER TICKET MORE EXPENSIVE I ASKED SOME QUESTIONS AND WAS TOLD THIS IS A 1 TIME COURTESY. AFTER ALL THAT MY TICKET WAS WRONG AND WENT DOWNHILL AFTER THAT BECAUSE I WAS NOT BEING REFUNDED OR NO ASSISTANCE WAS GIVEN BY THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO I SPOKE WITH AFTER THEY MESSED UP THE TICKET THEN THE AIRLINE FRONTIER WAS ALSO TERRIBLE. GOING OVER THERE REVIEW TO WRITE ABOUT THEM. THEY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND HAS NO INTEREST IN THE CUSTOMERS. WILL NEVER BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN AND OTHER CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BUY ANY TICKETS FROM THEM EITHER UNLESS YOU CAN DEAL WITH THE MESS. THEY NOT READY FOR BUSINESS. THE ORIGINAL PRICE MOVED FROM $123 TO MY OVERALL BEING $250+

Worst travel booking imagable

I don't know how these people sleep at night. Complete and total fraud, they know damn well what they are doing. Book a flight at one price knowing that they are going to drag you around for couple days then have you call and flat out lie to you. My booking tripled in price while on the phone with them, also while on the phone I went to there site typed in same iterinary and the exact price they said they could no longer honor was still there. I've always used booking buddy for my flights but never again. On top of all that the people I did talk to there, which by the way is not in America, told me that I couldn't cancel and if I tried to book elsewhere on same day that I would not be allowed to fly they said if I wanted to fly that day I would have to conceded and pay the triple price. All of that was a lie also I called the airline and they do not share flight list with each other. Also said when they take the money from my account I would have to request a refund from the airline which they said would take 60 to 90 days. The worst people their are. Negative 5 stars

Scammers trying to upsale fares.

This company is a scammer they try to upsell you tickets after you purchase the discounted fare they use the discounted fare for the old salesman's trick of seeing getting your foot in the door they send you an email saying that you must call them because there's a problem with your booking and once you get them on the phone they tell you the tickets were for standby and all the tickets are sold but they can sell you the tickets on the exact same flight exact same itinerary times but you have to pay a higher fee mine went from $130 a ticket to $500 and something dollars a ticket how is it if all the tickets are sold out. Can they offer you tickets on the same plane the same times for a higher fee all the tickets aren't sold they're trying to sell them to you again for a higher price I would not recommend these people to anybody and would recommend that somebody get a hold of the attorney general for the state of Ohio and shut these people down

I just reserved ticket $97 waiting for E ticket only to get a email which says call. I confirm info , put on hold 4 min.. O h I guess the Airline put your ticket on standby me?WHAT? I can check he says on price fore same FLIGHT. comes $200+ and says for 15 min It's cheaper than direct , It would be $300+ I went Off. prayed for him and begged him to STOP this sales ungodly immoral tactic. Canceled wasn't charged as of yet**** will keep an I on my CARD & let bank know to block any $ they try to put through. Wow honestly is such a lonely word!

The worst experience I have ever had with this scam company,,, it’s a scam company beware of them, I booked my ticket through them two days ago and when I get to the spirit airlines they informed me that my ticket didn’t get confirmed or got cancelled due to the payment that this scam company used for purchase, They used three credit card to purchase my ticket all of them are declined so spirit airlines consider it as a fraudulent, they attempted to purchase my ticket with three different cards after they charged me…. Be careful !

Booked a ticket for . They sent email with booking number assigned by trustees but not actuall tickets, in email I was told they will send an other email with booking details, waited over night, called next day they said I will get ticket by evening, called after evening they said wait 24 hours, called after 24 hours they said by th end of day, now they want me to call them and pay way too much to book from them again and over the phone, don’t trust scammers for your travel needs

Bad experience not recommended at all

After been in the phone with a rep for more than 5 hours they divide to cancel half of the reservation forcing me and my family to loose a lot of money and a day of vacation due to their incompetency then they did not offer noting in return for the streets caused by them to my and my family and have to take legal action to actually get my money back they have no customer service or any emphatic for the clients and that was with a reservation fully paid. They are a fraud

Upon calling, the agent explained the change and charged extra without justification. Trustfares' service is subpar, as calls are continually transferred, necessitating repeated information sharing. This experience leaves me hesitant to use their services in the future.

Reserved a ticket to Argentina, advertised at a lower cost than the airline. Received an email demanding a "verbal verification" via an Ohio number, answered by an Indian representative. During the call, informed that the initially quoted price was no longer valid, and the revised ticket cost exceeded the airline's rate. Questionable business practices and pricing discrepancies raise concerns about the legitimacy of this service.

Cheaters.

My grandmother payed for a ticket and they said it was canceled, so she got a new one. Later they said both were still active and charged her twice. We phoned them and they kept saying the old one was off, but it wasn't. You might lose your cash if you book with this agency. They refused to return the money even tho we were under the 6 hour window. I'd rate it 0

DONT DO IT. Attempted to book, but received an email/text the next day insisting on a verification call. They attempted to alter my original booking, changing times, flights, and price. Even the closest alternative was $300 pricier. Opted out and canceled my card for security. Proceed with caution.

Flase advertising

I booked a flight 4 days in advance for $115.00. 24 hours later I received an email stating that I need to call for verification. The price went from 1$115. to $380..Please believe the reviews they are factual.
