It’s hard to understand how this company has such high ratings. Are these reviews genuine or paid for? I have evidence that this company is dishonest, and I won’t give up until I get my money back.

He helped solve a minor issue that another agent couldn't handle, though I wouldn’t say it was anything outstanding. Perhaps some acknowlegement is deserved, but not necessarily anything too big for this level of customer service.

I contacted Delta since my flight got altered, and they helped me with a new booking. The first agent (Josh) canceled my flight and gave me ecredit without asking me. The supervisor Jessica was nice and helped me get my money back to the original payment.
