This is my second review as their customer service team is really helpful. If you’re new to the site, keep in mind that third parties sell through Secret Sales, so your order might come in separate deliveries, which some reviews seem confused about? If you need to return items to different sellers, their customer service will guide you through the steps so you only pay once for returns. It’s nice that they can communicate with both customers and sellers with so much patience. I think I sent about 6 emails asking for help! Thanks to the team and Robin this time round.

Secret Sales is a great Company to shop with and interact. Their delivery times are speedy and prompt, and the products always arrive neatly packed and beautifully arranged. One of the standout aspects of Secret Sales is their wonderful Customer Service Team; they are really fantastic, and no request is too much for them. The dresses got here in just a few days, and the smaller size fit great. It was a steal at £80 for just £10. I think I'll just sell the bigger size since returning it for the £3.50 fee isn't worth it when I only paid a tenner. Overall, I'm happy! I can say they are reliable. Their customer service is quick to respond as well.

There was a small issue with one of my products, which was part of a set, but Tiegan from customer service handled it well and worked with the supplier to sort it out quickly. No complaints here, will definitely shop here again.

They have everything from River Island to Fendi - clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, gifts, perfumes, skincare, and more. This is definitely where I shop now!
