    They didn't have the product and mentioned that they would send it when it's available, unless I chose to cancel. I decided to cancel, but then they told me it was in stock. So, I asked them to ship it. The issue was they don't deliver to a PO Box. I decided to have it sent to my workplace instead. There was good communication throughout the whole process, and I got my item. I'm happy with this company and would definitely buy from them again. Sometimes issues come up, but it all ended well, and I really like my item, so the wait was worth it.

    The company's pretty good overall, but I couldn't rate it five stars because my order took a bit longer than expected and I didn't find out until three weeks later. Once I asked them about it, though, they fixed it right away. These things happen, so it's okay.

    I feel like I have no choice but to leave a review since there's no other way to reach this company. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no answer, yet I keep getting their marketing emails every day. My son was heartbroken on Christmas when his gift didn’t show up. I placed the order on December 9 and got charged right away. The "shipping status" has been updated multiple times, but the item never shipped and I’ve never heard from the company. Terrible service and a total scam. I’ll be reaching out to my bank and the BBB. Don’t buy from here ever.

    Utter fraud and scam...Don't buy online from them. Zero email reply and no phone help? No surprise! I don't want a copy/paste answer from Malak like others got. I reported The Retail Market to BBB and will post my review everywhere I can. (RO-9997) I paid priority shipping for no reason. Stick with Amazin; you'll be glad.

    How many others have faced issues with this v9mpany taking money and not delivering orders? Where can one report such c4mjnal behavior? Canadians and Americans should stay cautious and avoid ordering from this place. Your product might not arrive. I’ve already contacted the RCMP to address this.

    It took two months to get the good (it was temporarely out of stock). The company was slow to keep me informed, and did not respond to queries on a timely basis. They did follow up two weeks after the good was finally received (and that person was reasonable); but it was too late.

    Non Responsive to Emails

    I placed 2 orders on 2 July 2025 for a total of $73.70. The money was taken from my checking account the same day. The expected shipping time was 3 to 5 days and when I did not hear back I emailed them for information. I looked online and the status of both orders were "slightly delayed." Today is 16 July, and the status is still the same. I have emailed them numerous times with enquiries but they have not responded to any of my emails. Today I emailed them cancelling my order and requesting the return of my money since they have not been forthright in any correspondence. I believe this company might be a scam, but I will be happy to write a more positive review if they do the right thing by cancelling my order and returning my money.

    The worst company I have ever dealt with. If there was a 0 rating, I wold have used that one.

    I bought a Breville microwave/convection oven from this company on May, 30 of 2024. It ame in several boxes, one of which was from Amazon. The dinner boes were damaged as well as the microwave. The door was bashed in and the handle brokend. I submitted the damage to Retail Market on June 2, 2024. I was told that I would get a refund. After many emails saying that theyd were very busy, nothing has happenedd. I guess theyd were overwhelmed with the damaged gooda they are selling. It is now Nov. 1 2024 and I still have not received a refund or another email.
