Zero response from customer service delayed shipping
Delayed shipping over 7 days past original order date (on a stock item). No communication or notification of delay. Customer service WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, I am now at 9 emails. The item was sent 2 weeks past due date almost a month after order date. Ive been requesting an order cancelation since I learned of the delayed item the beginning of June, it now June 22 and still no response from customer service on anything. But their head customer service sent an email inquiring about my satisfaction as well as requesting that I rate them.
