The Kore 2.0 I got a year
The Kore 2.0 I got a year back is still good. It counts steps and shows time just as I wanted. The app can be odd sometimes but I manage. Other watches are too pricey for what they do. This watch has more features than Apple or Samsung watches (except for FaceTime, texts on watch [don't need it, I have a phone], and internet access like Google). It's a nice fitness watch for its cost.

Couldnt get past the upgrade pop-up to use the features. It works now. Theres no phone number for help. I used email to reach out to them.

I'm getting frustrated.
I'm getting frustrated. My cord melted while charging my watch. I've been trying to get a new cord, but my bank keeps blocking the $2 payment. Every time I reach out to customer support, it's impossible to hold a proper conversation with them online. All I need is a new charging cord. I've had my watch for almost 2 years and love it, but your customer service really needs improvment. It's been nearly 2 weeks now, and I’m still getting the same excuses. I paid for a lifetime warranty, but it feels useless if I can't get the help I need. On top of that, I pay for a monthly subscription but paused it for now since my watch is dead and useless. All of this happened because my charging cord melted while charging the watch. Now, my watch takes much longer to charge and dies way quicker than it should. I just want a working watch and a new cord. Stop wasting my time and fix this!

I tried to return the scales and sent seven emails asking for a return form. But, they ignored me and never got back to me. The customer service is awful, especially their useless chat support! On top of that, they didn't mention anywhere on the website that you'd have to pay $20 each month to use the scale.

Company don't give new charger
Company don't give new charger if it break or lost, you just throw watch away as useless if can't charge it would not suggest buying on this basis all else was ok. But that is no help if watch battery is died.

If I could rate them with no stars, I would.
If I could rate them with no stars, I would. Everything is managed by AI. The chat support is never answered; after waiting 45 minutes, I just gave up. Emailing them gets you a generic reply that tries to make you not want to return. The return address is missing from their response. Plus, the AI keeps asking for the same info. I wasted four days trying to find an address.

Receive a spam email daily. I have never used their services or visited their site. Every email is from a new mykorehealth address, so each must be blocked. No real company should act like this.
