    I’ve been a fan of

    I’ve been a fan of IVIM for six months and saw some good results. But recently, when I tried to rejoin, they wanted to charge me the same old $299/month, even though new patients now pay just $117/month. I mean, why should I pay more than double as a loyal customer? It just doesn’t seem fair. There are so many options out there for these meds, and I can get them for $170 a month elsewhere, visit included. It’s a bummer because I really liked IVIM and even got two friends to join, who are now enjoying the lower rate. But with this pricing, I won’t be going back.

    I was trying to sign up on the website but found it really confusing. Navigating through the different steps wasn't straightforward, and I couldn't complete everything in one go. When I came back later, it was hard to pick up where I left off. Also, I wasn’t sure if my insurance would cover the medication, and there was no clear information about that. Plus, even if I did qualify, I had no idea how the meds would be delivered to me. Overall, the process left me frustrated and unsure about continuing with the membership.

    This is my second month using Ivim Health. My first month was great—they used Belmar Pharmacy, whose products worked well for me. When I initially spoke with my provider, I specifically requested that they not use Hallandale Pharmacy, and she assured me that this would be noted. However, this month, they decided to use Hallandale Pharmacy for my Tirzepatide prescription. Hallandale is a terrible compounding pharmacy—their vials feel like they’re filled with water. I paid for my order on 02/14/2025 and received an email the same day stating that a shipping label had been created by Hallandale Pharmacy. Immediately, I contacted Ivim Health to request that the order be canceled and the prescription either be sent to a different pharmacy or canceled entirely. Since it was a Friday evening, the order had not yet shipped, and the pharmacy wouldn’t be open until Monday. Despite this, Ivim Health has refused to take any action and has even stopped responding to me. Given the high cost of their membership and products, they should be far more attentive to the quality of their partnering pharmacies and the medications they provide. Not only did they disregard my request, but they also violated HIPAA by sending my information to a pharmacy I explicitly asked them not to use. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially after having such a great first month—despite the long shipping times.

    Buyer Beware

    Ivim sold me a 6 month supply of GLP-1. They sent me 3 months of medicine initially. When I requested the next 3 months supply I was told they could only send me 2 months at a time. When I requested the last month supply I was told that I missed a date for the request and that the last month of medicine would not be available even thought it was paid for six months ago. They will give you all kinds of apologies but that's all you will get. They are not into long term customer care. Buyer beware.

    I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding the compounded medication I received from a pharmacy thru Ivim Health. I initially lost 10 pounds in one month while taking Zepbound, during which I had to remind myself to eat and rarely thought about food. However, after switching to the compound, my experience has been completely different. Within just two weeks, I gained two pounds and found myself constantly thinking about food. This is a clear and concerning change that leads me to believe there is an issue with the compound. I already called last week and spoke with a provider, but no action was taken. As such, I am requesting a full refund of all expenses I incurred for the compound. I do not wish for a replacement shipment, as I am concerned the same issues will occur again. One possible factor may be the shipping conditions. At the time, temperatures in Las Vegas were around 110°F. When I opened the package, it was warm. I contacted the pharmacy as instructed and was told the compound could withstand 105°F for four days. This explanation does not align with my experience using Zepbound. My Zepbound orders were shipped overnight, and when I was unable to pick up the package within 48 hours, it was returned to the manufacturer with clear guidance that the medication required refrigeration within that timeframe. In contrast, the compound was shipped via two-day mail, raising further questions about its handling and viability. This situation is not acceptable. Since I am now unable to reorder Zepbound due to exceeding the 45-day order window, I am left without an effective treatment option. If nothing is done, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I request that someone from your team reach out to me promptly to explain what corrective action will be taken.     I recently had a very disappointing experience with IVIM Health. I ordered a one-month supply of weight loss medication, spending $499, based on a recommendation from my previous weight loss company. The package was supposed to be delivered by UPS on August 21, 2024, at noon. However, when I got home, there was no package at my door or anywhere around my house. The UPS delivery notification stated that the package was “left at other,” which contradicts my delivery preferences for packages to be left at my front door. After filing a claim with UPS, I reached out to IVIM Health to inform them about the missing package. Unfortunately, their customer service representative, Megan, was not helpful and simply told me to file a police report. While I understand that issues can arise during shipping, I expected more support from IVIM Health in resolving this matter. Instead, I was left to handle the situation on my own, including filing an online police report with the North Las Vegas Police Department. Overall, my experience with IVIM Health has been frustrating and unsatisfactory, and I am hesitant to recommend their services based on this encounter.

    Disappointing Discount Policy

    I signed up for the three month compounded tirzepatide package in December 2024 and there was a promotion to receive $150 off which I did not receive. I’m not sure why. I ended up paying close to $1000 for the three month package deal including the first month membership and I still have to pay two additional months of the membership. They have a new promotion running in January 2025, so I contacted the company to ask if I could receive a discount considering I’m a new patient and was told that I missed the promotion by one day and could not receive the discount. I asked if I could cancel my subscription, but part of the three month package is paying for the monthly membership fee and cannot be canceled. I can understand corporate greed and the company wanting to make as much money off of the backs of their customers as possible, but in my opinion, refusing to give a new customer a small discount at the expensive losing that customer permanently is bad business. Ivim must be really profitable that they can afford to make their new customers feel unvalued and underappreciated.

    Is there a human working there?

    I had my first appointment with the consultant which seemed fine (although they had me on hold for about 15 minutes). Was told I would get a text as soon as we hung to place my order. I never received it. Went to my portal and it states an order was never placed by the consultant. Over several days called multiple times. I kept getting a message I would be in line for 5 minutes or so. then after about 15 minutes, got a message they were too busy and to go to the chat feature and then it hangs up. Went to the chat feature which said to call them. Sent messages anyways through the portal and my account. After three days haven't heard from anyone.

    I remember when my wife

    I remember when my wife decided to try this 3-month jump start program. It was great. She saw some amazing results and was really happy. But then, she needed another month to continue, and suddenly, they wanted $200 instead of the original $99 per month deal. Plus, there’s this extra $75 monthly membership fee! I mean, if you’re already in the program, shouldn't the rate stay the same? It feels like they're taking advantage of the situation, especially when semaglutide is getting tough to find. It’s disappointing, and it makes you question their idea of customer service. I really hope they rethink how they handle loyal customers.

    So frustrating!

    So, I've been using this medication for a while now, and the first three months were honestly fantastic. But then I ordered a refill on 5/21 and, guess what? Still no sign of my six-month supply. I've talked to two different people from the company last week, sent emails, left messages—no response. It's supposed to arrive within two weeks, and now I'm stuck without it, just before our summer vacation. At first, I was really impressed with this company, but now? Not so much. If my meds don't show up next week, I'm definitely calling my credit card company to dispute the $1100 charge plus the monthly fee for when I'm out of meds.

    I decided to sign up

    I decided to sign up after hearing about a cool referral code that would make my total $0.00. Sounded awesome, right? But when I tried to use it, something went wrong on the site, and instead, I got charged $75 with multiple subscriptions. I thought, "No big deal, I'll just contact support." But reaching someone quickly was nearly impossible. When I tried using the referral code again, it wouldn’t work because apparently, I'm not a new member anymore. It's been pretty frustrating trying to sort this out, and I'm still not sure how to fix it. Just wanted that sweet deal, but it's been a hassle.

    ABYSMAL & FRAUD

    Abysmal customer service, impossible to get a human. App is glitchy & if you're not careful you will place an order for 1 month but it will change it to 6, it's impossible to correct. The liquid you get is ineffective it is likely counterfeit or water. The customer service number will disconnect you after 45 minute hold & the chat & text option dint work. This company is a fraud.

    Started product Feb 24. Received quickly. Not clear instructions. Success with product 9 months. Concerned product wasn't working before ordering 4th time consulted with them. Went with same med. Rec'd from different pharmacy. Doesn't work. Fought to get a reply. NO resolution. Pathetic. DON'T RISK USING THEM SUPPORT SUCKS.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I bought the 3 month jump start. While the cost was reasonable, it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone when I needed a refill and medication change. The weekly live was a joke and the weekly check in was completely worthless. I do not recommend this company

    Placed an order 9/24, haven’t received anything was told they can’t ship to CA, then told it will shop 10/29, more than a month after placing my order and still nothing. I cannot reach customer service and they don’t respond to messages. Do not use them!
