    I booked my ticket at $600 round trip. I was called by a foggyfly rep letting me know that my ticket was with no luggage and that a checked bag or carryon was not allowed. I was not allowed to cancel my tickets. My choice was to pay double, 1200 so I could take a bag, or I was able to change my fly out date to a week day and pay an additional 378 so I could take a bag. Keep in mind I still would have a $35 fee at the airport for a checked bag. The rep claimed that the no bags allowed was posted on the web site, which it was not. Their practice, I believe, is to sell tickets at a low discounted price only to then call and try to milk you for as much as they can when you state you need to take luggage.

    o, I found this site through a booking site. Saw a 1 way economy flight from my town for $298. I went through them, finished the purchase and within minutes I got a call from a "supervisor" Letting me know that there was something wrong, that the ticket I paid for was actually not an econ flight, that it was a "Restricted economy" despite there being no warning on the site about it. I asked what "Restricted economy" meant. He explained that it meant it wasn't a ticket, and that I was a standby for the flight because it was "Overbooked". He proceeded, without inquiry, telling me about other options that were OVER DOUBLE the price that I had already paid in order to continue through the airport I thought I was already booked for, as well as slightly cheaper options in other airports. I said I did not want another more expensive flight. Nor could I go to another airport, because of a lack of transportation. I asked if I could just get refunded because the issue was on their end for allowing me to book an overbooked flight. And given the fact that they called me immediately after, they had to have known about it. He said they do not offer refunds, though a credit of $298 would be added to any bookings made through them within a one-year period. Feeling already scammed, I decided to eat the loss and look at rental cars to drive to my destination instead, one way or another, and maybe use that credit eventually. With no luck, it became more and more likely I would have to fly. I tried to book through someone else without wanting to pay even more money. I figured I would just go ahead and use this credit. I called them back a couple of hours later and was again directed to this same supervisor. I told him that I wanted the cheapest flight in the next town over because I could not find a rental car that would allow me to travel that far one way. He found a match and began telling me how much it would be, "$549". He said he sent me some emails to confirm. I was floored by this price as it was even more expensive than the initial payment. At this point, I told him I wanted to wait to go through with it because I wanted to weigh other options and asked if I could call him back (given the fact that I was already scammed out of $298, now being faced with paying even more money) He began getting frustrated and asking me questions as to why, and then saying that it's too late, that he already submitted everything and already booked the flight. (Within a minute) He sent me an email with the price, and he said you need to respond to the email with confirmation to confirm that your name is spelled correctly. I asked how it was possible for it to have already been processed if I haven't even confirmed anything yet with him, and it doesn't make any sense. He said I confirmed it when I called him and told him to book the flight in the next town over. Though I never told him I was satisfied with the pick OR the price. He proceeded with "What doesn't make sense is you call me and tell me to book the flight and now you don't want it after I book it", stating how he went out of his way to do this for me because it was the last seat on the flight and that he got me a good deal, being really argumentative. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable confirming anything through email yet because of the first interaction where they took my money for a flight, but didn't even get a ticket, and how would I be sure if he wasn't going to pull the same thing and not give me a ticket for the flight. He got even more defensive saying he's trying to help me, that its not like that and that he's a supervisor that he's not hanging up the phone on me and that I need to send a confirmation email because I would not get refunded and was already charged and if I didn't I would not get the ticket and even went as far as saying "this phone call is recorded if anyone is going to be in trouble for not confirming its you because its already processed because you told me to". At this point, there was a charge on my card of $188 from Alaska Airlines. Knowing I was already getting charged for something, and with what he was telling me, I was pressured into just sending an email saying "Please proceed" (Probably a huge mistake), as he asked. After I sent the email he asked for, he provided me with the rest of the flight information, which was screen-shotted, cropped, and put into his personal email to me. And was soon charged the $360 difference to my card. I was incredibly displeased and began to wonder why that only went through after I sent the email. I continued on the phone with him, and I asked him if this was the actual ticket, and he said that I could confirm it if I wanted. And to prove to me that it was, I was asked if I wanted to see the email directly from the airline. I did, and so it was sent, along with the receipt of the flight... $188... I asked why it was $188 and not the $549 he quoted me. He got defensive again and claimed that it was because my credit was applied, and so on. He tried to assure me he was working in good faith, and even gave me a "coupon" to use again. As to not seem shady... He really wanted me to feel like I wasn't scammed and kept asking if I was satisfied that I got the ticket. I kept responding with an unenthusiastic "Yeah, mhm" to all the bull crap he was giving me. Which was probably another mistake. The tickets were $188 and had plenty of seats for that flight... So, not only was my credit NOT applied to the ticket, but it was cheaper than the first flight I booked. I canceled the flight, filed a dispute, and locked my card.😒

    Scammed, This one, Hard to Believe!!

    On December 17th,2025, I made a reservation for my family (husband, granddaughter, and myself) to the Bahamas for a 7-day vacation costing $576.33per person. The booking was smooth and uncomplicated. The next morning, I received an email, and this is how it started: Here,s your flight itinerary. please retain this information code to reference your booking. we look forward to seeing you onbord. "This mail is regarding the reservation from CLT to FPO that you made with us. ended. ******We tried reaching out to you at the given contact number. However, the call went unattended**** We request you to reach out to us at your earliest convenience and ask for so that we may verify the details of your itinerary and promptly deliver the e-tickets, ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience under reference number *** Well, 1st of all they never tried to call me, I had to call them. They did not want to discuss my itinerary. This is when they informed of "flight restrictions". Ok, there is a flight restriction, so what I have to take the back row in economy ????? is that it, no biggy..... Oh No, that was not it! SIT DOWN FOLKS, THIS IS THE BEST YET!! I was told NOT one of us could take a carry on OR any CHECK LUGGAGE, we were all suppose to go for 7 day vacation, in the Bahamas, without clothes, meds, and other essentials!!!!! There was no, absolutely NO disclosure about this ANYWHERE on their website. It was going to cost me $4,000 to get my luggage on the plane!!! Did they believe they had some s***r on the line????? I was born at night, but is was not last night!! I told them if they charged my card ANY money, I would have them in court, faster than they could say Foggy Fly, then I called my card company and had them block Foggy Fly, next, as soon as I finish this review, I will be making a report to the Federal Trade Commission and I would suggest each of you do the same. This is the only way we put these scammers out of business and stop stealing our money! Good luck and Fly Safe

    Christina was very quick to speak and not allowing me to ask questions properly, I felt she was trying to confuse me with all the repetitive information she provided which was not useful. She called me to confirm my payment first and once I confirmed my info she charged me. Afterwards she then states the ticket I paid for did not include any form of baggage and the flight return was no longer available. She then stated the ticket I purchased was for standby or waitlist and it's my fault for not reading. I read everything before providing my information as I was surprised the price for ticket was so low, so I reread everything in the email and at booking and I did not see anything that used the terms waitlist or standby. Christina then goes to say there is a "promotion" of about $550 that would guarantee me the ticket, a personal bag and a carry on. I went to the airline website and stated that is not a promotion as it is over $110 more than what the airline is charging. She was very rude and pushy when speaking to me, constantly putting me on hold, did not answer my questions, and kept saying I was going to lose the $288.51 that was charged if I did not pay the extra money. When I asked her not to change anything on the itinerary, I am not willing to pay for a "promotion" that charges more than the airline, she responded, "perfect" and hung up the call. Upon reading the booking policy in the email sent to me it states, "Your credit card has not been charged yet. You would receive your Etickets and airlines confirmation in a separate email. Your tickets would be issued once the payment is charged." I called back to let them know, I was charged and have not received the confirmation email, the representative unfortunately transferred me over to Christina again, though I asked her not to, and she once again stated that I will not be receiving any confirmation email even though my credit card was charged. This company is a SCAM with horrible customer service.

    Stay away from this site Bate and Switch

    I purchased a ticket from FOGGYFLY.COM. I read all the restrictions on the ticket before I purchased it. Supposedly, as soon as they purchased the ticket, they called me to tell me they had my ticket and that there were restrictions. They told me that you could not take luggage. I told them that I read all the restrictions and it did not say anything about no luggage. I went back and forth with the person on the phone. I kept asking for a supervisor. Finally, I was given a supervisor. Of course he felt my pain and offered me another flight for $399.00. It was more than the flight I booked. BAIT AND SWITCH. I threatened to call United and Southwest the two airlines involved and complain. He said he would drop the price of the ticket to $299.00 if I did not complain. They would use the $108.00 from my first ticked that was non refundable to bring the ticket price down. I asked for my money back. They said it was nonrefundable. After much discussion I said ok. When I got off the phone I called Southwest to verify I had a ticket. They said yes and they said their price was $299.00 and they over charged me $108.00, the price of the first ticket. So after I knew I had a ticket, I then called both airlines and told them of the BAIT AND SWITCH. I should of also verified my card statement. This was my error. They cancelled my reservation and refunded $299.00 and kept $108:00 the price of the first ticket. They never notified me that they cancelled the ticket, it was retribution. My husband went to the airport to fly out. He was told that 3 hours after the ticket was purchased, they cancelled it. I assume it was due to my alerting the airlines of the fraudulent activity of FOGGYFLY. My husbands ticket to fly the same day was a expensive lesson. If you’re smart you will stay away from FOGGYFLY! Work directly with the airlines.

    Foggyfly is a scam

    This company is a scam. This website came up when I was searching flights. I was so happy when I saw some reasonable prices after trying to not break my pocket. I immediately booked my flight for 3 travellers......couldn't believe how much I paid. Only to receive an email from Nathan asking me to call immediately as my reservations was not yet confirmed. So I hurriedly called thinking that something was wrong with my payment. So I called and requested to speak to Nathan only for him to tell me that the ticket I purchased is promotion,that my reservation is a stand by so I'm even guaranteed to fly and I was not allowed any bags not even if I wanted to pay for my bags at the airport. That I can be offered other options...the other options were outrageous one of which I would have to pay an extra 1500USD for all 3 travellers after paying 1400USD already. I then said please cancel my reservations at this point because the options I was offered was not feasible for me. I was then told that my tickets were non-refundable even though I was canceling within 24hrs. I told Nathan I would reach out to my bank to dispute the transaction as he insisted that when I booked the flights all of the above was mentioned.....which they weren't. They weren't even mentioned after I paid for the reservations. After spending a wasted hour on the phone. I was told by Nathan that if I can't afford to travel then I shouldn't be booking flightsand was hung up on. I wish I could give this company a double zero star but unfortunately I can't. Nathan kept sighing on the phone as to seem disgusted as I told him I am not complying to any of his suggestions and I am calling my bank. I also told him I work in customer service as well and that this was in poor taste and I hope someone can learn from my experience.

    SAVE YOURSELF! Worst experience ever! Make the reservation and never getting the confirmation. The next day an email saying you need to call us to verify your flight. I call and they say you cannot take on a carryon or pay to check luggage with this ‘Basic Economy Ticket’, you must upgrade to a ‘Standard Economy Ticket’ to take a carryon for $181 more. And that is only for the carryon! If you want to check luggage you must pay the airline’s luggage fee on top of that at the airport. There are no refunds after a lot of upsetting conversation for 3 hours with people you cannot understand, I did the Standard ticket! (I’m an idiot!) So then I call the airline. They said with the Basic ticket you cannot bring on a carryon, only one personal item like your purse. But they will allow you to check your carryon when boarding the plane for $35! (Why didn’t I call them first? I let those b*****ds pressure me!) So yes, I paid an additional $181 to upgrade to a Standard ticket so I can have a carryon. (This was before I called the airline.) I’m such an idiot. When I look at the credit card statement it charges for the airline ticket and $101.61 Travel Expert Fee (which was part of the total charge BUT in no way did anyone tell you that you were getting charged that fee to begin with!)!!! And I was talking with a supervisor who says to me NO! There will not be any company charges! I promise! If there is I will pay it back to you out of my own pocket! After seeing the charge, I called and called… he’s gone for the day, he’s in a meeting, he’s not available! Are you kidding me?! Now I have to try to dispute this with my credit card! SCAMM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

    Foggyfly.com IS A SCAM. I was trying to book a flight with this "company". they put up a flight I was interested about in 668 $ and so I hit the "book now" button and It led me to a page were I had to put in my: email address, my address, my name and last name and last but not least my credit card info. There were absolutely NO terms and conditions before I actually put my credit card info. It was not until I put my credit card information that they showed all the terms and conditions. They called me with a number from Florida to "CONFIRM" my flight . This man I spoke with over the phone spoke Spanish with an Indian accent. He repeated me the flight INCORRECTLY and then he repeated it good after I corrected him. HE said I could not bring with any type of personal item nor a carry-on bag/ checked bags. It felt weird to me but I still decided to ask how much would it be if I wanted to include a bag. He told me it was going to be 900$ ( NINE-HUNDRED DOLLARS). Keep in mind that the 900 $ were going to be added to the original 668 $ so in total it was going to be almost 1600 dollars for a NON EXISTENT FLIGHT . So I suddenly understood it was a scam so I said of course I wanted to cancel IT. The man told me that I was not able to cancel and the money was not going to be refundable. I suddenly blocked that number and talked to my bank to freeze the account before it was too late. Thank God I was able to avoid them to take my money but for everyone that is trying to buy from them DO NOT EVEN TRY TO BUY FROM THIS THIEFS.

    I booked a flight on foggyfly and had read all of the restrictions before I gave them my credit card. I then received. call from their representative that could speak very poor English and talked so fast he was difficult to undertand. He tole me that I was not allowed any carry on's and could not even pay for a bag to check in. The flight-one way was to cost $171.50. If I was to carry on my computer it would be sn extra $269.00, If I wanted to check a bag I had to add anothe $55.00 so the total cost of the flight came to $495.50. I had a melt down and was referred to a female supervisor who was very rude and threatened me with a law suit if I refuse to pay because as she informed me they had an entire group of lawyers. She insisted the restrictions were printed in the online website, of which they were not. Only that the ticket was nonrefundable. I then hung up and searched direct to the airlines and found a ticket rate of $338. to include carry on, seat selection, bag checkin and personal carry on. I then threatened to report them, they still would not relent, so I threatened to report them as the scam that they are and got a supervisor who could at least speak better English and finally got them to honor the airline price instead of theirs. They contacted the airlines direct and used my cc to pay for it. Lesson learned. NEVER go through any of these so called cheap fares. They are total scam artists who take advantage of folks who do not fly often.

    If I could choose no stars I would! This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 47 years of life. Ashton was rude and unprofessional and thought he could scam me out of an extra $390 for my flight. I booked a flight on southwest through the FoggyFly site - anyone who flies southwest knows- they do not charge for bags. However Ashton insisted my flight was changing from the $226 I was originally charged to over $500 because I was being charged for bags. When I challenged this - Ashton yelled at me like a lunatic! He preceded to harass me all night til close to 1am because I locked the card that was used for the trip once the original ticket price of $226.96 was debited. Unbeknownst to Ashton I spoke worn southwest and confirmed my flight and details. I also confirmed there was no extra charge for baggage and the women I spoke to said this company has been known to scam people implying there are fake fees being added on. My flight was all set until around 9pm tonight- somehow FoggyFly accessed my flight info and cancelled said flight because they had the confirmation number. I immediately reached out to southwest and had this corrected and got my flight for the exact same price, day and times - with no help from FoggyFly. Beware of this company they continue to try to charge my card for a transaction they cancelled. I will be reporting them to the BBB and my local attorney general office as well. 😐️🤐

    Lied to us more than once

    We fell for their low price twice. After booking flight got a call saying they can’t give the rate as it was for special organization . Kash, called and then insisted we pay more or go at a lower rate on different day. Then also charged us more for that day. I took a different day as we needed to be sure of the flight. Spent close to 6 hours off and on checking that we got the flight. Dumb, we also needed another flight home from Miami so booked a flight thinking a different person at FoggyFlybut would be honest so booked it. Soon free booking got a call from a woman this time. She claimed we only got one person for that price but for $200 more she can get us a flight. I was so angry that I called back to Kash as she told me I couldn’t cancel. I told Kash a law says we have 48 hours to cancel. After a while he insisted he would make sure it was cancelled. CHECKED OUR CREDIT CARD ACCT. TO SEE IF IT WAS CHARGED FOUND A $450 CHARGE WITH A ANOTHER DISCOUNT TRAVEL AGENT THAT PHONE NUMBER ON THE CHARGE DIDN’T WORK. WE HAD TO HAVE IT TAKEN OFF PLUS CHANGE CREDIT CARDS. FEEL IT WAS CAUSED ALSO BY DEALING WITH Foggy Fly but can’t prove it. It is a SCAM COMPANY. Feel good comments were not real or from employees as later found my daughter got Scammed but doesn’t remember who did it. She now will only book directly with airline and so will we..

    I thought I found a good deal for a flight to Florida. Foggy fly had the price at $298. Once I booked the flight, they immediately called me and told me that it was a flight restriction and that I could not take luggage unless I paid another $210 to them. So I looked up on the southwest airline flight. The flight was the exact same amount of money with no restrictions on luggage it would only cost me $35 per bag. This site is a big scam. I ended up calling my credit card company and had them Deny access to my credit card and to stop payment to them and I also locked my card. Upon talking to foggy fly and one of their representatives need centric, they then tried to access my credit card nine times. Which sent alerts to my credit card company which also denied their Payment and they locked my card for a fraud use. So now I have to wait five business days for my car to be unlocked by the credit card company. What a bunch of bullshit I will be booking directly through Southwest Airlines. And never using foggy fly.com again

    I booked a ticket for MCO > YYZ, YYZ HND, and that price only gets me an international flight. They want me to pay another $100 for a domestic flight. No kidding. And the reason is that it's expensive to fly via ORD! What more can I say? What more can I say? I want to pay the price I originally offered. I can't do that. Then I'll cancel the trip. I can't cancel. Then I'll tell the credit card company to stop the payment. This exchange was repeated three times. In the end, foggyflight broke down, but even if you don't break down, you should still fight with the credit card company by telling them that you will never let them charge your credit card on the strength of credit card payment! Thank you realreviews. Thank you realreviews. I would not have been able to cancel so smoothly if I had not read this review in advance. I'm so annoyed that this exchange was so smooth. I'm writing this review to repay you for all the help you've given me. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get a refund.

    I would not book with FoggyFly again

    I would not book with FoggyFly again. The website was clear in regards to baggage and flight times, what they are not clear on is that the tickets you are booking are not tickets and will not be tickets unless an Airline approves you on the wait list for a flight a day before or 5 days after when you are planning your travels. When speaking to customer service, they were not helpful and kept repeating that their policy is no refunds, that the money is taken out because this is the ticket you booked, and yet do not follow through what was listed in fine print before booking, that they will email eticket when the funds are taken and booking confirmed, per customer service and speaking to manager they do not send etickets and will not change their policy for one person and don't care what I saw online when booking. I should miraculously know that what is stated online is not how they actually process things

    I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased multiple flights and even received confirmation numbers, which gave me a false sense of security. However, when I arrived at the airport on the day of my flights, I was shocked to discover that my reservations were not confirmed. In a panic, I immediately contacted their customer service for an explanation. To my dismay, I was informed that I would need to pay a substantial fee to book another ticket. It felt like a complete scam, as they had already charged me for the original flights. This company truly ruined my vacation plans and left me feeling frustrated and helpless. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with them. Their practices are deceitful, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same distressing experience I had.

    Run from Foggyfly fast and far

    Worst "bait and switch" experience we have experienced in our fifty year marriage. We ordered airline fare online. Within one hour FF called to tell us what our costs would actually be. They tried to convince us that all "travel agencies" like them were force to follow the United Airline policies. Do not believe that. They refused to refund. We told them (three different sales people with unintelligible southern Asia accents) we would work hard at keeping others from falling for this immoral "bait and switch" and terminated the call. Then a fourth FF thief called and offered to lower the "switch" price by 10%. We immediately canceled payment via our credit card. Our quick action saved us from being charged. FF thieves had not yet posted sale. They were probably hoping for a bigger payday. Run far and fast.

    After I found a great deal, I was informed to call them. When I called Oscar informed me that it was a bonus deal and the airline wouldn't allow a carry on or checked baggage with this ticket. When I didn't agree to that he found me more expensive tickets that I could have booked myself for that price. When he send me the "confirmation" email it looked fishy. I told him I didnt want these tickets. After going back and forth for a while he told me in a very irritated voice "thats fine, thats fine, then do it yourself" and hung up on me. I have a charge pending on my credit card statement, and hope this will not post. I will dispute the charge. Now I keep being bombarded with emails requesting authorization for these tickets that I DO NOT WANT. They are a scam company. DO NOT USE THEM!

    Like so many other reviews on this website, I was scammed by foggy fly. I should’ve read reviews before giving them my credit card information. They offered a really good fair for a flight that I needed to take with 4 people. Shortly, after trying to book the tickets, they called me and told me that the rate that I was just charged was for only if we had no check-in bags and no carry-on bags. Of course, nowhere on the website does it say this. They said on the phone that in order to book the tickets, I would have to pay more than double the original amount to include bags. Unfortunately, they had already charged my credit card for the original amount and it is now pending, so I cannot cancel it. I have to wait up to five days for it to finally post before I can dispute it.

    Bought a ticket Providence to San Diego, after i made the reservation they called me saying they vould not find a ticket at this price, i spent 2 hours they tried to put me on Breeze airways which i did not want, i could have bought it cheaper on any site. They adked to vhange from the 8th of August to the 6th, i specifically said no, secondly i saud i am hard of hearing and i cannot leave on the 6th i agreed to leave on Breeze airways on thd 8 th instead of Southwest and back on AA coming a dsy after. Upon receiving thr confirmation i gound out the put me on the 6th not 8 which a ticket ox extra 200 i am reslky upset and asked to listen to the conversation that i specifically said no to the 6th, now i am looking at the reviews to find there people saying it was just s scsm

    I was deceived

    I bought a round trip ticket to Brazil for $538 and they called me right away saying that their system was having problems and that they could put me in first class for an additional $1100 and I said I wasn't interested. and they asked me then what are you going to do simply lose the money you already paid and I said that seemed very rude of them because this was not my fault so they would have to give me the money back if they had already charged me and they told me that I would lose the money if I did not buy a ticket from them. I called my bank and made a report. This seems to me to be a scheme to collect personal data for future use. I don't recommend it to anyone, I contacted the airline directly and my ticket was issued immediately for a fair price. Just a tip

    THIS IS A SCAM!!!

    I don't usually write reviews for companies as I don't have time, but I felt obligated to warn others that THIS IS A SCAM! My experience is similar to others. I booked a flight at a cost of $278. I then received a phone call from a staff member stating that I did not have a ticket and was basically on standby. When I tried to cancel, they informed me that I could not get a refund. They told me I would have to pay over double what I initially paid for a "confirmed" ticket. I ended up paying almost $200 more than if I would've booked through the airline. Then they would not book my seat until I left a "review" on trust pilot while the staff member was on the phone. This whole experience was upsetting as I have never been scammed like this before.

    I found this site through a google search. I booked an economy flight using Porter and Air Transat company flights through that web site. my payment card and my reservation stayed unconfirmed and not debited till I got a call from a "sharon" from Danemark Nbr who spoke a scarse english (hard to understand her) letting me know that there was something wrong, that the ticket I paid for was actually a standby for the flight because it was "Overbooked". Then as I was pointing out that the overbooking was Not my responsibility I asked a refund - She told me that was not possible as it was a non refundable fare - See other comments below that went through the same process and DONT BELIEVE the positive comments that are FAKE

    100% SCAM! Foggy Flights is a Pakistan travel agency that advertises cheap flights. You will think you are buying a ticket but you’re actually not buying anything. You will receive a phone call shortly after telling you actually have to pay a lot more for an actual ticket and the money you spent on the promotional ticket is non refundable. When I asked them to tell me where the terms and conditions were that explained this they told me it was glitch. When I called back to speak with someone else they hung up on me. I should have known better but save your money. Sad that there are foreign companies like this out there preying on Americans and theres nothing we can do about it.

    Warning!!! They might lie to get more money!

    I booked a flight on their website. The price was pretty comparable to others. But then they send me an email saying that they tried to call me about my booking, they never called (lie #1). When I called them back, they told me that I would not be able to have any luggage on my flight, checked or carry on (lie#2). They advised I would need to change my flight in order to have luggage. So I changed my flight. It cost me more money and then come to find out, they totally lied about the baggage. I checked with the airline and baggage was included. So I ended up spending $144 more to change my flight when I never had to. I really hope other people do not get scammed the way I was.

    BEWARE SCAMMERS!

    BEWARE SCAM !!! DO NOT USE! We tried to use their site late Monday night for a Wed flight. They said it would confirm in 3 hours. Which would have been 3am Tuesday. They still didn't have a booking at 11am Tuesday. By 1pm they tell me that they can get my 82 yr mother who was going from east coast to west coast a flight to Minneapolis, but nothing further and no carry on no purse etc! CRAZINESS! I SAID NO! CANCEL THIS CRAP! I will pay the big money and send her home on a dedicated flight. They said they can't cancel, even though they can't provide a ticket. I have reported them to my CC company as fraud. Don't use these people they are peddling standby tickets.

    I booked tickets to Arizona. I saw good prices from Foggy Fly , I booked my airfare. They called me to finalize the reservation and said just be aware this does not include a carry on. I said that is not written anywhere, he agreed. He said I could upgrade with him for $223.00 I said no cancel my reservation, he said too late I already charged your card. I said I do not authorize you to charge my card. He said there are no refunds, once your card is charged if you don’t go you loose the value of the ticket. I I did get through to my credit card company and they cancelled my credit card. What a terrible experience. They need to be stopped.

    SCAM!! Avoid at all costs.

    Scam! Fraud! Classic bait and switch with abusive representatives. No way in gods green earth you will ever be able to fly on their advertised price. Avoid these people at all costs! I was told my ticket did not even include a personal item to be taken onto the plane. They told me the only way I would be able to get on the flight was to pay exorbitant upgrade fees, far more than the advertised price bringing it over the cost the airline was charging. 15 minutes of rude and threatening discussion about my options. Which were about none other than to pay more than double the advertised price, and how I was going to lose my money.

    Your bait and switch was amateur hour. I caught on when I stated asking specific questions and you kept recycling the same nonsense. I was able to use the noted price but my daughter (who's Autistic) could not be on the same flight as me coming back??? There were no seats available. HHHMMMM, but low and behold if I pay an additional fee in the amount o 278.58 there would be a seat for her. Again I question originally there were no seats but with additional money POOOFFF there is. REALY. Give me a break I"m exhausted with the scamming, lies, hacking, and all the work and time that goes into reclaiming yourself. F**K!!! I'm tired.
