I recently had a less than satisfying experience with this company. The ticket I initially booked for $277 turned out to be sold out, a fact I discovered only after contacting customer service. Despite being promised a refund, I was only offered a credit. Opting for an alternative ticket, the next cheapest option was priced at $390. It took two days of persistent calls and emails before finally receiving my tickets, with Kristy being the one to email them to me. The overall process was inconvenient and left much to be desired.

The good part was that I found a cheaper flight last minute to get my daughter home. But be careful, the price you pay when booking may not be the final price, and you might end up paying more. I also waited on hold for over 15 minutes just to process the payment. It was the most odd experience, and it made me feel uneasy as a new customer.
