This company is one of the worst places to buy from and feels like a total scam! I ordered 2 sweaters for 144, but when they arrived, the quality was really poor for what I paid. I got a return label, but when I tried to send them back, they said it would cost 217?!? What kind of place is this?!? Who would pay an extra 217 to send back items worth only 144???? It’s a total scam, and I’ve been trying to talk to a manager but haven’t had any luck. I will never shop on their site again and can’t recommend it; the products are so low quality that they aren’t even worth 10 dollars each!

Not being able to return clearance items is odd, especially since you’re not sure if they will fit. I once bought a skirt at full price but didn’t wear it for a few weeks. When I finally wore it and adjusted it at the waist, it tore—on the first wear. It’s disappointing that I couldn’t return it. They have great items, but the return policy needs improvement to better support their products.
