I decided to snag a cute top and necklace from this store since they had a sale going on. The top was just what I wanted, but I got hit with a $15 shipping fee. When I emailed them about the delivery date, they mentioned some inventory issues and said it’d be delayed by 10 days. I asked them to hold it until I got back from my trip, but then they canceled my necklace order and refunded me without even explaining. And they didn't even refund the shipping! Seriously, what’s up with that? Honestly, I’d stick to shopping at places like Nordstrom or ASOS where they know how to treat their customers right.

Visited Bohme at Farmington Station recently. Store looked great, super clean and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. But the fragrance hit me hard. Not usually one to be bothered by scents, but this one was intense. My head started pounding, and I just couldn't stay long enough to buy anything I wanted. It's a bummer because I really like their clothes. Wish they'd tone it down a bit so I could enjoy shopping there without leaving with a headache. Other than that, everything was spot on. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe take a quick sniff before diving in.

Paying more to return than what I originally spent? Tried to get in touch with a manager, but no luck. Just a nightmare. Definitely not buying from them again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I bought these pants a few weeks ago, and I finally decided to wear them because the weather's been great. Everything seemed fine until someone pointed out a tear in the back. I was so embarrassed. When I tried to return it, I couldn't afford to pay for tracking, so they refused to give me my $90 back for the return shipping. They haven't even bothered to reply to my messages about sorting this out. Honestly, if I could give them a negative rating, I would. Don't waste your money here, you’ll just end up frustrated like me.

The staff at the Farmington Utah store were very unfriendly. Nobody said hello, noticed I was there, or asked if I needed help with a fitting room. After I tried on a few items and bought a sweatshirt, I had to listen to them chat with each other and complain about their jobs and the other workers. They were being disrespectful about my religion, and it made me feel so uneasy that I just wanted to leave. It was the most unpleasant shopping experiance!

I can't believe this store has a rating higher than one star. I had to pay $25 just to return an item, and they wouldn't even guarantee a refund. Seriously? They suggested I gift it to someone instead. No way, I'd rather toss it than give such a low-quality item to anyone. This store is a complete joke and needs to be removed from all online platforms immediately. Absolutely awful and disgusting experience.
