My husband and I are going to Tromso Norway.

My husband and I are going to Tromso Norway. It’s really far up north, almost at the top of the world. We want to watch the northern lights. When we learned how far it was, we knew we had to fly business or first class. Mark from Above 9 got in touch with us and helped arrange our flights. He had a tough job figuring out how to get us from Texas, USA to Tromso Norway. There aren’t any direct flights from the USA to Tromso. So Mark checked many airports, flights, and times. We talked a lot and Mark made it work. He found a flight from the closest airport to us. It will get us to Tromso on the day we asked for (which is great) because it takes 2-3 days to get there. And if that wasn’t difficult enough Mark found a flight back to the USA and because it had a long layover he booked us a hotel night near the airport. It was like solving a hard puzzle but Mark did it. We really thank him for all his help and getting us a good price on Business class seats.

Adam gave us various options, including different airlines, classes, and prices, which really helped us figure out what mattered most to us. We didn't finalize the booking, so I can't comment on the full process. The main reason was that the trip was far in advance, and there were many travelers with different needs. I did like that the offer included the choice of travel insurance in case of disruptions. I would consider using Above9 again to buy a business class ticket for a closer trip.

He was able to get me that flight for a much better price and even upgraded the shorter flight from economy to business class! On previous occasions, Ace offered me multiple options. This time that wasn't needed since I already had the flight I wanted and the price was perfect! Also, there was no push to purchase extra things, which I really liked.
