Me and my wife live in northen

Me and my wife live in northen CA, my daughter and her friend live in southen CA. Mr. Larson searched a lot of options for travel for the four of us to/from Hungary and booked us on the uppder deck of 747s: my favrite biz class travel. And he cheerfully unraveled a mess I made when I made a typo in a passport name. Second time I’ve used Above9, and it won’t be the last.

My travel guide was Jason

My travel guide was Jason Cooper. He couldn't have been more accomodating, more helpful. I highly recommend both Above9 and Jason. Of course I haven't yet made my trip but so far all has been excellent.

Great service in my opinion on my reservation and they are very friendly with nice flight rates. Cannot grumble on anything for me.

Our travel advisor was very easy to talk to and helped

Our travel advisor was very easy to talk to and helped us find good deals on tickets. But it seems the advisor doesn’t handle the actual bookings, there is a back office team that does that part. For example, we got our flight schedule and everything seemed fine. Luckily, I’m a member of one airline and checked my flights on their website, and saw I was booked on a later flight than shown on my itinerary. If I hadn’t checked twice, we would have flown 12 hours earlier than planned. Luckily, they fixed the error and now we have good flights.

So, if you're thinking about

So, if you're thinking about rolling with this travel agent, do yourself a favor and triple-check those flight deets. My TA rep dropped the ball and forgot to mention I had to snag my luggage after the first leg of my flights. And oh, don't forget to grill them about cash ticket purchases – if you don't, you're stuck without any DIY seat reservations and zero mileage credit. My whole buying experience with them? Let's just say, disappointment galore.

Don't deal with them. Period.

They sold me tickets above Kayak price- and "provided" $150 per person "voucher" for the next business flight. Surprise ! Their price is about $400 higher than, say Kayak- so their "voucher" is meaningless. Scam. Don't patronize. (They also don't return calls- very difficult to reach.) Skip.

They dont help really.

Write quick. Because of that 2 stars.. But they are not gentle. And they dont tell the truth and cant say how much they offering cheaper. Very bad manners for business. Businesses are for helping people and not for attacking them

Booking was easy, no doubt about it. But, man, trying to tweak my flight has been like pulling teeth. Left voicemails, sent emails to what feels like everyone and their cousin, and not a single callback or follow-up in sight. It's like playing tag with ghosts. Come on, team, let's get those communication channels up and running!
