Map search with pet filter saved me time, and instant alerts pinged new spots fast. Mixed bag on listing freshness though; a couple were gone already. Still landed a viewing within a day.

I wouldn’t give them even a single star. I created an account as a Real Estate Agent and followed all the verification steps they required. I even received an email saying my account was active and that I could start screening tenants. I sent two tenants to their site, completed the applications, and got the credit reports. Then, out of nowhere, they deactivated my account saying I didn't follow their terms. All I did was try to download my reports. Based on my experience, I’d suggest using a different screening service.

I’ve used Zumper before with no issues

I’ve used Zumper before with no issues, but after reposting my rental listing, they treated me like I was trying to pull something shady. The customer support is really poor. They wanted proof I was the owner, but even that didn’t satisfy them. It felt like they were asking for way more than necessary – maybe even a DNA test! Honestly, their service could be much better. I wouldn’t suggest using Zumper unless you like dealing with unhelpful support.

I appreciate that Zumper sends me apartment listings, but I often find myself scrolling through many that are too expensive for me. It seems like my budget preferences are being overlooked. Since I’m on a fixed income, I can’t consider apartments that take up a large portion of it.

The property I received in the email as a rental listing was actually an old one from years ago. When I reached out to the broker to schedule a viewing, they had no knowledge of the house being available for rent. It felt like a bait and switch tactic. I would not recommend Zumper.com as it's not a reliable source for rental listings.

Zumper is one of the most poorly managed sites I've come across! Their listings are often incorrect, and reaching out to someone is nearly impossible. I can’t understand how anyone manages to find a rental through their platform. It's hard to believe they are still operating. Really annoyng. I won’t be using it again and I will definitely advise others to stay away too. It’s just a complete disater.
