The desk was simple to put together

The desk was simple to put together and functions well in my office. The cord storage helps keep messy cords out of sight. It came with extra pieces for managing cables, and I can hang my bag on them too. I set it up alone, just needed help flipping it and putting it in place. The electric lift is effective and operates smoothly.

L Shaped Desk: Just the right size for what I needed. The construction is solid and well-made. It operates smoothly up and down, is very quiet, and stays sturdy. The setup guide and instructions were clear, and the packaging was more than I expected. I'm very happy with my choice.

Absolutely let down by the customer service for the UK.

Absolutely let down by the customer service for the UK. I ordered two desks which showed up but weren't right. I’ve tried calling Vari many times, but the phone just rings endlessly, and when I ask for a callback, I never receive one!! How am I supposed to return these items if I can’t get a RAM number from the company!!! The “Contact Us” section on the website is also non-existent. I would NOT suggest this company to anyone.

I phoned Vari to ask for a power cord

I phoned Vari to ask for a power cord replacement for two Varidesks we got a year ago. The power cords were lost in the move and we thought it'd be simple to replace. I've heard from others that Vari doesn't have replacements, but I had to call and check for myself. I just called and they aren't answering the phone because of a "team meeting". Are you kidding me!?

No doubt, the company's customer service is terrible

No doubt, the company's customer service is terrible. Waiting for 3 weeks for a package supposed to arrive in 3 days is just awful. Then, they reroute it back to their HQ. When I asked for a refund, they said no and promised to ship it again. Now it's 5 weeks since I bought it, and the tracking number only says the label's made, but it's not shipped yet.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS "BUSINESS"

‼️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE‼️ 🛑 My credit card was used fraudulently to place an order yesterday with Vari & I called to ask them to cancel the charge & to not ship anything because I didn't order anything but somehow they are unable to cancel the purchase or stop the shipment of an item that was literally ordered only yesterday and they somehow can not do that... 🛑 I was told to dispute this with my credit card company and get a new card! 🛑 So, the person who used my credit card is going to get new furniture while I get a huge hassle! 🛑 I've called 3 times and I even asked them to please give me the address of the delivery... they don't have that information...then how are you delivering anything?!? 🛑 They supposedly have a return policy so I asked them to simply return the item before it gets shipped...they can't do that! ‼️This can not possibly be a real company!‼️ 🛑 I asked to speak with corporate or at least a manager... there's nothing she can do! 🛑 This is insanity!‼️ ‼️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE‼️

I ordered from Vari for our new office

I ordered from Vari for our new office, spending over $10K. There were several mess-ups like lost freight and wrong parts sent (twice). Couldn't speak to a manager or voice a complaint. Their "training" shows they don't care about customers. Their phone always says higher than usual call volume. They make customers do their job. They have big problems with their warehousing, manufacturing, and freight forwarding services. And when a problem arises, and it will, they are well trained in how to NOT satisfy a customer. I will NEVER deal with them again and recommend that NO ONE ever buy a VARI product.
