This company got everything we needed for a full trip to Iceland. It covered: flight tickets, airport/hotel rides, hotel with breakfast, tours and a great sales rep, Mr. William Gray. He was organized and explained all we needed for a successful trip. We enjoyed our trip. Thnx a lot!

Booking with this company for a birthday

Booking with this company for a birthday trip to the Maldives turned into a frustrating ordeal. The lack of informative responses, a sudden change in travel plans, and confusion upon arrival created a sense of being left to navigate the journey alone. The representative failed to provide crucial details, resulting in unexpected costs and a prolonged waiting time at the Male airport. This experience reinforced the hesitancy to rely on travel agents, and I would strongly discourage others from choosing this particular service. Proceed with caution.

I found Travel Centre through social media and decided to give them a try. I didn’t have any prior experience with the company. After reading some reviews and doing a bit of research, we decided to book our trip to Iceland. Bianca helped us plan everything. She really put together a great package! The boutique hotel, Oddson Midtown, was charming and cozy. All the tours were well-planned, with a full day tour followed by a half day tour the next day. We also had a full day free to do our own thing. Everything went so smoothly! I do wish we had one more day to see more things. I highly recommend this agency and Bianca as your advisor. She was really understanding when we had some issues with our dates. In the end, it worked out just fine. We’ll definitely be booking all our future trips with Bianca and Travel Centre. My family and friends are very happy to have William organizing our group trip to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bali in November 2025. Right from the start, William showed great professionalism, careful attention, plenty of patience, and a real love for making our plans work. He has been super quick to answer our questions and take into account our wishes, and very detailed in setting up all the travel details for our trip. Planning a group trip is not easy, we travel a lot and we know that, but William has made it seem simple. His clear communication and active help have made us sure we’re in good hands. We really value his hard work and are excited to enjoy the trip he prepared for us. Our travel agent was Eric. He was very kind, patient, and quick to respond while helping us plan our trip. He helped us understand every little detail. This 25-day trip is our biggest adventure so far, and we had lots of questions. We felt really cared for. About the trial, I'm not totally sure I didn't sign up, but I think 95% I didn’t, since I usually forget and now I’m careful. If I do, I make a calendar note to cancel it. Even if I did with hint, I told them I didn’t and they gave a refund without showing data, which they could have. They handled it very classy, and I’m grateful. I might get a sub soon once I’m ready financially.

William has helped me plan so many of my fancy trips over the last few years. I honestly couldn’t have organized them alone !! Right now I’m not totally sure I didn’t enroll in the trial but I think around 95%, because I used to forget these things and now I try hard to avoid trials. This is my first time using Travel Centre.

This is my first time using Travel Centre. I came across it in an ad on social media, and I was unsure at first, but after looking at the reviews, I decided to go ahead and book my trip. From the very beginning, I received fast and great customer service from Devin. He helped organize everything, explained each detail, answered all my questions, and went beyond what I asked for. After the initial payment, I got the flight tickets. My trip goes until September, so I will give another update about my experience later.

This is my first time using a travel agency for booking a multi-country trip. The process was really smooth thanks to the great help I got from Drake Henderson. He first understood what I wanted and then helped me plan a trip that worked for me, customizing it since I am traveling alone. He made sure to cover every detail and made sure I didn’t have any worries or questions. I haven’t gone on my trip yet, but I can say I’d recommend this agency just from the service I received over the phone.

Fransis is an great agent...very proffesional and helpful. He organized a group of 16 people for a trip to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Bali in only 3 days!!...it was amazing working with him. Very trustworthy person. His patience is the best value, he spent lot of time dealing all by phone. I really like this agent!! Congrats Travel Center, we are so excited to see what is included in this trip!!!

I am quite satisfied with the booking for my trip to Southeast Asia. Mr. Devin Carter's support stands out. He is very attentive and takes his time with the client, explaining details clearly from the start and always finding good choices. There is no denying that he has great customer service and genuinely wants to see his client pleased. He is polite, professional, and definitely worth recommending.

ChromeBurner is decent. I ordered a Neotec helmet and got it around a week later. I thought international shipping would take longer, but it arrived like most local deliveries. The product was good, though it came with the Euro style chin strap I was looking for. Shipping was quick, the prices were reasonable, and the product quality was nice. I might consider buying from them again in the future.

I am an older woman, careful with online stuff. I found travel centre us on facebook. I phoned the number and got a quick call back. My travel agent is Drake, and he is great. He takes time for me, tells me all I need to know, and acts very profesional. The booking was simple to do. Drake took care of it all and knew what i needed.

Bianca Fox truly puts in the work to make sure customers are happy! We asked her to check an extra activity we thought about in Rome. She worked hard to get some tough-to-find tickets. We couldn’t do it ourselves, but we liked her follow-up! Our trip to Italy was amazing, and we felt like Travel Centre really cared about us!

We are pleased with the service we received. Booking this vacation was quite smooth, and the all-inclusive package is a great way to travel.
