    The first time I booked a flight with them, I thought the airport, airline, date, time, and price I chose were final, but then they called me saying they can only confirm 1 passenger and the ticket is non refundable, so I was stuck. They helped me find another flight and airline close to my original plan and cover the price difference. After waiting on the phone several times with the agent about my flight options, I finally agreed. Cynthia called me within an hour with our e-ticket and so far everything went well. I may give more feedback after our travel is done. Thank you, I really apreciate it!

    Interesting, but it works. On their site, it seems like you're buying the flight, but the booking isn't confirmed until they call you the following day. Then, they tell you the flights you thought you had were not really available, but for a bit extra, they can find you the same flights. In the end, it was around 10% less than buying directly from the airline's website. But it took several calls. For the small savings, I won’t be using them again. I'll stick to booking directly with the airline.

    The customer service person was nice and did their best to help. Still, it would have been better if they told us before that we had to pay for bags on every part of the trip, even if it’s one conection. This makes me not want to pick Spirit Airlines next time. I feel let down.

    Very nice and helpfull. They try their best to suport and adjust things when needed. Maverick was polite, pacient and ready to assist. Terressa was also pacient and clear, she explained the flight plans in simple words.

    I bought a ticket for my wife's birthday trip with friends. The price seemed good, but after entering my card details, I was told the ticket was standby. I had to upgrade or lose the initial price. Also, they kept calling to confirm the ticket and ask for a review before we even used it. Not good business at all.

    I only gave this a 1 star because a 0 or 1/2 star is not an option: I booked 3 international tickets on this website with the assitance of Eric the agent. 1. I purchased international Economy tickets, but my confirmation showed Basic Economy Tickets and the wrong return date. 2. He told me an updated confirmation would be sent to my email within 2 hours max. To date, that email never arrived. 3. There is a 24 hour refund policy, however, they continued to delay and postpone past the refund period. 4. They still denied that I had a basic economy ticket, although the airline website clearly stated BASIC Economy ticket. 5. The next day, Eric assured me that he was still working with the airlines and would have the issue resolved. Eric went into hiding and I found another agent that was willing to help. He told me that things would be resolved and to call back in 24 hours. He also told me that "I do not listen" and that "I have to be patient". The customer service was rude to the max and unprofessional. 6. On day 4, I connected with Denver who is the manager or supervisor. Denver tells me that I have an economy ticket and that there are no worries and that things would be resolved within 24 hours and that he would call me. Of course Denver did not call me within 24 hours. I called the agency again and they assured me that Denver would call me at 9:30 a.m on day 6. Well, I did not hear from Denver until I called multiple times and was able to reach him at 4 pm. He told me that they could not correct the return date until AFTER they took the departure flight and 1 day prior to their scheduled return flight. That was red flag #27. To summarize everything, this was the worst customer service travel experience and it was a horrible agency to work with. I caught them in approximately 13 lies and they told me not to contact the airline to make any changes. They should have been honest and stated that I would be booking 3 tickets for an upcharge of economy pricing. The agency simply booked a basic economy ticket and paid a little extra fee to select the seats. How do I know this?---well because the airline charges a $299 fee per person to make any changes to a basic economy ticket. On a regular economy ticket, there is no charge to make changes aside from the airfare price difference. Needless to say, I was able to save my business clientel by working directly with the airline and booking an additional 5 more international tickets. Approximately, 10 days later and I am still waiting for a call back from Eric and Denver as they are "working with the airlines to fix things." If anyone from this company is reading this message, the passengers have taken their round trip flight and are back home safe. I called the airline directly and had to book 3 brand new tickets at a higher fare after wasting my time and funneling through their channels of deceit. The flights might have been a few dollars more, but it was well worth the peace of mind and honesty.

    Earlier this morning I was checking for flights east to west coast. I came across this agency $270.41 round trip. Ok, I supply my address, phone number, credit card info, and etc. One hour later I checked my account no withdrawal and nothing pending. I said to myself, what's taking so long? I called the number they supplied stating customer service agent 24/7. After daily the number immediately I get loud static noises. I called same number three more times same noisy results. Now I'm concerned. I'm checking my bank account hourly, no withdrawals and nothing pending. I check my emails and now I get an email from Marcus with Tarifasodeal to call him to verify my ticket purchase. I call him he transferrs me to someone to go over my itinerary. She hesitates after each sentence. I know now this is not what I want. She tells me things have changed. If I get this present package I would NOT get a carryon, no baggage, no backpack. Basically all I could carry on was the clothes I would be wearing and NOTHING else. I would have to arrive at the airport FOUR hours before flight time. Now I'm irritate. I called this a scam. She tried to persuade me that it wasn't, not listening. She said she'll see what she could do. This was her best that she could do, I would have to end my stay one day earlier. I would get one backpack, carryon, and one luggage free PLUS an extra $189.00. That would almost double their listed price. I was told that I either accept that offer or lose my money. I was furious. She said she would send me an email with the changes and to verify. I was not home to view emails. That I could in 20 minutes. I called my bank to see what could I do. They had not made any charges yet. I immediately CANCELLED my card, STOLEN TARIFASODEAL is a scam! I read the reviews. Majority of all the views stated that same thing. But NOOO I had to drink the Kool aid to taste it for myself. Almost died. What makes anyone think that they're not going to experience the same tragedy. It's not worth the risk. This company is based in Florida. That in itself was a giant RED flag. I have NO confidence in nothing coming out of Florida. (RED), too RED for me! That's another story. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the sake of your hard earned money, stay far and AWAY from TARIFASODEAL, PLEASE!!! Pay the extra for a legit travel agency. HONESTY costs in this day and time.

    I booked a flight from Denver to Charlotte and I found it weird that it said Processing and I had to wait 24 hours to get my flight boarding pass and to be charged and the charge with be taken out of my account in separate payments. I never had that happen booking any flights. I have booked with another website got my flight info fast and charged in one payment. I called to cancel the lady tells me she cannot cancel because the flight was already charged. Mind you no payment was taken off my card (Thank God). I kept telling her it wasn't charged on my card yet to just cancel the reservation because I didn't need an extra charge on my card for a flight, I'm obviously not going to take she kept saying she couldn't do that so when I asked her when will I get my flight info she couldn't answer me. She kept asking me why book a flight if I'm going to cancel it so I told her because it doesn't take 24 hours to process a booking and send someone their flight information. I've booked with many booking sites and it's never takes that long within minutes I have all my info. Told her numerous times just cancel the reservation she just kept saying she couldn't because it was charged already but no payment was taken out of my account so I locked my card before they did take the payment. She kept saying she wasn't going to cancel it because the reservation was already done. When I told her it wasn't even processed yet. She put me on hold multiple times just to tell me the same thing. When I told her when do I get my flight info since she claimed the payment was taken off my card she put me on hold then came back and said she didn't know then said in a few hours which turned to 24 hours. When I explained to her that's not how airlines nor other websites works she tells me she never said 24 hours. When I mentioned that this was a scam she put me on hold which ended in them hanging up. DO NOT book with them they will rip you off and ruin your trip.

    TARIFASO IS A HUGE SCAM NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

    So my husband booked for international flight worth $810 (which is very cheap for one way ticket) since we wanted to save money he did it. I was asleep when he did this booking. Woke up by a phone call from my husband, conference call with the CSR of Tarifasodeal with Indian accent guy, saying that even though my husband pays for $810 he needs to pay additional $800 to make it into official booking as “economy” bc the $810 is only for “flexible/waitlisted passenger” which means date of flight, seat assignments and etc may change anytime. Which doesn’t make any sense at all to me. I told him that’s why we booked this on this day on the same flight and same airbus. He said before the payment there is an agreement there. I read what my husband send to me nothing in there saying about the flexible passenger, and before the payment nothing indicates like that too. CSR was rude, unprofessional and aggressive (which when I was reading reviews here, people are right bc we experienced it) and butting in whenever I speak. I told him be respectful and have some manners, to cut the conversation bc I was so stressed with the csr of Tarifasodeal I told him just give us a refund. Csr said non refundable and cannot be converted to travel credit. It’s not even an hour since my husband booked it. I told him so this is a scam that’s why my husband booked it for specific date and specific airlines bc that’s what we need. Csr even offered my husband his employee discount $80 but still we need to pay almost $800 even though we get a discount. I asked that I will need to speak to supervisor, csr said he is the only one working in the office (which another red flag why no supervisor) I was so mad and I told him I will report Tarifasodeal to Business Bureau and hang up. Ended up calling our bank about this SCAM company. Don’t fall for Tarifasodeal this is a REAL SCAM, save yourself from stress, wasting money and time.

    This company is completely dishonest This company is completely dishonest They offered a very good price for my trip and sent me the reservation information. They then called and told me that no baggage was allowed - notice they said allowed, not that it was not included but that it was not allowed. They told me that unless I paid them an extra couple of thousand dollars, I could not bring any luggage or carry on and that the airline would not allow me to add luggage at the airport. So I said, OK, I don't want the ticket. So they said, "too late" you are already booked and there is no refund and that they are immune to any requirement to cancel the ticket even though it had been less than 24 hours since the reservation had been made. Except for the no refund, no where in their fine print did they state that luggage was not allowed - and I read everything before booking. So I called their bluff and said that I would go ahead and take the ticket anyway without luggage. This caught them off guard and after some hemming and hawing they come back with - "We never guaranteed the date of the flight. We can book you for whichever date we want to." So how can a flight that was "already booked" suddenly change? Luckily I knew that this company was probably shady and booked it with a credit card of a company which has their customer's back. I called up the CC company and explained the situation and they shut them down cold. No charges allowed from them. If you do deal with these people, make sure you are safe about it.

    Hi all, I wanted to share a recent experience I had with tarifasodeal.com. I booked two tickets from IAD to Denver, Colorado for the 4th of July, with a return on July 6th. The total cost was $622.17. Just a few minutes after booking, I received an email stating that they needed to confirm the itinerary. I called the number provided, and a woman with an Indian accent informed me that the seats I had booked were no longer available. She told me that if I wanted to keep the same flight, I would need to upgrade the tickets—bringing the total to around $2,200. I asked how I was even able to book the tickets if there were no available seats. In response, she offered an alternative itinerary departing from DCA instead of IAD, which included a layover of more than 12 hours and an additional cost of around $400 per traveler. Her tone was rude and unprofessional throughout the call. She insisted that I couldn’t cancel or get a refund because I had already “accepted” the terms by booking, even though the ticket details had changed afterward. This feels like a total scam. I called my credit card company to explain the incident and requested that they block any transactions from this merchant. They assured me that they would deny any future charges, and if a transaction had already been processed, they would dispute it as fraud. I strongly advise against buying any airline tickets from this website - "tarifasodeal.com"

    Beware I booked 2 tickets for economy class for what I thought was great deal. Next day got call from someone saying his name was Sean but clearly from India. He asked if I planned on bringing bags with us I said yes it was for 4 days. He said what I booked was sub economy never heard that one before and they where not refundable. He then said he found similar flight only difference was flying into different airport. Turns out 1 3/4 hour drive back to my destination and flight times would cut 2 days off because of there times. So then he said I have another option but had to add few more days to my trip and little over 100 dollars more so I accepted. So with that set so as I thought I booked hotels and car rental for times and date. Almost 1 month later I got text from airlines everything changed again and could get refund. So with this called this company Tarifasodeal to inform them and see what happens now was told let me check into it and call you back I said fine but everything is all booked and cant change now. Day and half later got call from original guy Sean who says lets see what we can do now surprise I have a flight almost same only few hundred more I said just cancel it all and refund my money. But then thats when all these fees kick in to scam more called bank today to dispute all, and chock it up to another one of life's lessons. So stay far away from these thieves. I booked in November.

    I was blown away with the deal they had going from Boise to Ontario so I jump on it and purchased it. I thought it was odd that I didn’t get a confirmation. I eventually called them to find out if I got the flight and how the process worked. They told me that the ticket I bought was no longer available and that I could upgrade which would cost over $700 rather than the $300 I paid. He was rude and aggressive. Spoke in an Indian accent. He kept explaining that a refund was not possible. I tried to understand why the company sells product that is unavailable and doesn’t no refund if the product could no be fulfilled. He threatened to block me. He continued to upsell after I said I’m not interested in paying more or for a different flight because I don’t have the funds and I also know there is better deals out there. He emailed me another flight and was pressuring me to book it. I stood my ground and said I would call back but I’m not paying more. I got off the phone and looked at my bank account to find out that additional $270 was charged for a different airline which I did not authorize. I called my bank immediately and locked my account. This is still a mess and has caused my mental health to suffer. I’m going to through a divorce. That took money for the roof over my head. Now they won’t stop calling and emailing me.
