Visited the shop on 3704 84th Ave Circle E. In Sarasota, Fl. My first time there. Used the drive thru. Got a double bacon cheese burger, onion rings and a hot fudge sundae. Took a bit because it was made fresh. Tasted great. Will come again.

I really liked their chili cheese dogs they were so good I liked them a lot I would give them 5 stars but they forgot a chili dog so I took away 1 star.

Sonic's management seems lacking. Managers wrote me up or cut my shifts without notice. Blake Ross accused me of slowness, despite others praising my work. I feel sidelined and unheard. Co-workers share similar experiences. Sonic's management appears shady or discriminatory.

The driks ar gud but, it's pricy to eat here for wat you get. The pop corn chiken I baught (overpriced) was old and mosly breaded, not much chiken.

Customer service took 15-20 minutes to get my change back, which was the same amount of time I spent waiting for “fresh” food. The restrooms were awful, with large, stinky puddles of yellow liquid pooled in the middle of the floor, probably sitting there for ages. Also, the trash can is so far from the door that you end up touching the dirty handle after washing your hands. It makes washing them pointless. Move the trash can closer to the exit so we can use the paper towels to avoid the grimy door. The food was not good. Burgers tasted like a patty with slimy lettuce strips that were hard to chew, and the cheese fries were at room temperature, just how nobody wants them.

Sonic: Military Pkwy, Mesquite TX, near I-635. Sonic management, please step up. High staff turnover leads to constant training, which makes mistakes more common. There’s no register for cash payments, and cashiers use a tiny cup for bills. When you need change, they try to ignore it and look unhappy as they fumble for coins. It’s a real issue! Management needs to address these poorly trained staff and take action. Expect long waits, cold meals, and wrong orders. The cherry limeade lacks both cherries and limes. MAKE SOME CHANGES!
