I have nothing but great things to say about Skimo Co. Every order and interaction has been met with fantastic customer service and reliable product quality. I’ve even saved their phone number to reach out whenever I need help with skimo or trail running. They’re always polite, always know the answers to my queries, and they give genuine advice on the products.

The website first led me to the incorrect strap for my ski boots due to lacking pictures or a detailed description. However, after receiving the wrong strap, a phone call connected me to a person instead of an automated system, which assisted in getting the correct strap. I'd rate it five stars for the smooth return and exchange process with a helpful person.

They back me up in getting the right gear for my goals, and that's why I stick with them.
