I ordered from Runaway The Label before my Europe

I ordered from Runaway The Label before my Europe trip and was very happy with my choise. The support team got back to me fast and were really nice when I had some questions. My order arrived quicker than I thought which helped since I didn’t have much time. The outfits looked really pretty – nice fit, trendy, and the fabric feels comfy when you put it on. Just note – they don’t do money back, only store credit. So if you need a diffrent size or something, plan ahead for the return process. I ended up with a bit of credit too :) Overall, a good experiance – just make sure to check the return info before you buy. I’ll order from them again for sure!

I ordered the wrong dress size by mistake

I ordered the wrong dress size by mistake and emailed customer service today, expecting it to be hard and take a long time to sort out (because of past issues with many other online shops). But I was surprised quickly, when Mia replied fast and kindly (I noticed she has many great reviews too). This made me want to buy from Runaway the Label more often, just because of this. Mia is wonderful and I hope she gets all the praise she deserves.

With the help of the team, I managed to send back the one I didn't wear. The dress looked lovely, and I got lots of compliments at the wedding I attended. I will surely shop here again!

Honestly Mia is really easy to work with, silly me waited till the last minute to order my birthday dress, and I emailed her asking if she could send it fast, and she actually shipped it within 5 minutes of my email. The dress looked gorgeous and fit perfectly, I got loads of compliments - total lifesaver.

The quality is cheep for the price you pay. I bought lots of clothes during the mid year sale. First timer but won't shop here again. I'd prefer to spend same or more elsewhere for better quality clothes. One good thing is they ship fast, so it comes quick.

The process of returning just one outfit for store credit has proven difficult, highlighting the need for improved international return procedures. Despite this inconvenience, I appreciate the quality of the clothing and the overall shopping experience.

The online customer service was great. I wasn't pleased with the delay in telling me that one item in my cart was out of stock. They need a faster system so customers aren't let down. But they quickly refunded me and sent my other items right away. I'll be buying from here again.
