This company delivers on their promises. They handled my move from Parker CO to St. Petersburg, Florida spanning 1,861 miles. All my stuff arrived in the same condition I packed it in, and the price stayed the same as initially quoted. The inventory accuracy made the process smooth. They're clear about being the middleman between you and the carrier. They work hard to ensure everything is coordinated and completed on time, especially considering COVID, labor shortages, and high gas prices affecting truck availability. Kristen, Amanda, and Deon shine in customer service. They deserve five stars for their work!

This whole nightmare began

This whole nightmare began in September when we were desperately trying to move out of a terrible apartment into our new home. We explored options like U-Haul and pack rat moving services, but everything was booked past our move-out date. So, we reluctantly looked into hiring movers, and I tried negotiating for a reasonable quote. Initially, we agreed on terms that seemed fair, so we went ahead. However, the pickup was an absolute nightmare. They manipulated the numbers, nearly doubling the original quote, despite us meticulously counting and measuring every item and piece of furniture to provide them with an accurate volume. We were forced to leave behind my couch, nightstands, and bookshelves. They even had the audacity to claim that we hadn't packed any items. After a heated confrontation, they backed down and proceeded with the move. We had requested a delivery date in early November, which was finalized in October as we had purchased a house. But each week, they fed us lies, and our belongings never arrived. After two months of constant calls and being deceived, everything was stolen. We've filed a police report, and our lives have been turned upside down. We've set up a GoFundMe to help with some of the expenses, as we're essentially starting from scratch. I'm not sure if it's allowed to share it here, but please, whatever you do, never, ever consider dealing with these unscrupulous scammers. We've lost around $40,000 and irreplaceable items. 😢

Avoid this company, as evidenced by a distressing Facebook group filled with victims of scams and damaged belongings. Opt for a safer alternative, like renting a U-Haul and hiring local movers, given the prevalent issues with interstate moving companies. Stay cautious; this company is not the sole offender in leaving customers regretful.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are a total scam and pay people to write fake reviews to boost their rating. They first quoted us $3300, but on the day of the move, they changed the price to $4800 knowing it was too late to find another company. Then, the movers showed up a day late and packed our stuff, only to demand another $3000 to unload it. It’s a disgraceful and unprofessional business.

My Priceline reservation with Dollar Rental Car turned into a letdown. Despite confirmation, they failed to honor it, leaving me stranded at the airport without a car. Priceline's resolution? A meager 10% coupon hardly compensates for the inconvenience. Disappointing experience all around.
