Hey, let me tell you about the bike child seat that I recently got from the Orbisify store. I have to say, it's been a game changer for our family bike rides! First off, the installation proces was super easy. It only took us about 10 minutes to get it securely attached to the back of our bike. And once it was on, our little one was so excited to try it out! Overall, I would definitely recommend this bike child seat to anyone who wants to take their kid on bike rides. It's been a great addition to our family outings and has allowed us to explore new places together in a fun and safe way. So if you're in the market for a child bike seat, definitely check out the one from Orbisify!

I ordered a light with white light, which was shown clearly on the website. Instead, I got an RGB light that wouldn't produce white light. Customer service took days to respond, saying they would send an email and that they were sure there must be a way to make it work as a white light, and they were "looking into it." Every time I contacted them, they said they would email me. Complete incompetance, no knowledge of their products, no real customer service, and poor quality products that don't work. Stay away.

I like that you can mount them with tape or screws—I taped first to check the spot, then screwed each end for a stable fit. The sensor is useful for early hours, and the 12V system seems safe and easy. Only thing is the lead wire could be a bit longer for hiding the driver, but that’s easy to fix.

I recently bought three baby bed anti-collision items for $149. I didn’t notice the price was listed in USD rather than AUD until I got a notification from my credit card. I reached out to Sarah to cancel since it was beyond my budget. She was very accommodating and adjusted the price to AUD$160 for me. However, when the items arrived, one of them couldn’t be assembled due to defective parts. The team arranged to send replacement parts within 5 to 8 business days. I appreciate their quick response and efforts. I’m looking forward to receiving my third item and the replacement parts. Their after-sales service is satisfactory.

Several issues to address

Several issues to address. Firstly, they selectively publish reviews that paint their company in the best light. Secondly, I purchased bed rails, and they took, as well as are estimated to take, over a month to arrive. Strangely, they sent each bed rail separately? So one of them arrived on November 1st, and the others are scheduled to arrive between the 10th and 15th of November. Keep in mind that the order was placed on October 10th with a promised delivery window of 3-8 days. The quality is just average, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

This company is a mess. I bought the product and PAYED for standard shipping. Nearly 2 weeks passed, so I contacted them, and they told me it would arrive in a few days. We got it at last, but only HALF of the order showed up. Contacted them again, and they said the rest would come in 2-4 more days, making it almost 3 weeks total! Also, I was really upset with this company, better to order somewhere else that costs less and actually sends your order when they should.

Every single day for a whole month, their fake American-named AI chat reps like "Levi" kept telling me to wait a bit longer. They said my package would be here in 24-48 hours each time. But guess what? It never came. I had to ask my credit card company for a refund. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate in our country!

No tags, no care instructions, nothing. I had to dig through YouTube to figure out how to fold them properly. And the quality? Pretty disappointing. They felt like knockoffs, not the cozy, well-made ones I hoped for.
