I've been a quince shopper for years. The service is amazing. When there was a defect, I emailed them and got a replacement or refund. Email is the best way to reach them fast. I've returned items I had for months, never wore, and still had tags, no problem. I never paid a restocking fee. Most negative reviews were about shipping, but it's free so waiting longer is okay. I want free shipping and returns when I shop online. Quality is good for the price. I've paid more for designer pieces with similar quality. The silk and cashmere may pill after a while, but it's still quality. It happens more with pieces I wear often, which is expected. I love the tencil fabric; it's airy and light. I bought shoes, a leather purse, gloves, shorts, and luggage. Overall, I'm a very happy and loyal quince customer.

I know the company as Quince and I believe I am writing a review for it. My experiences (note plural) have been great. Buying, shipping, receiving a nice piece of clothing. Oops, doesn't fit? No worries, repackage, get a shipping label, send it back. As soon as Quince gets the package, you get your refund. Two options, money back to your card, or what I do, keep the money in my Quince "bank" since I know I’ll buy again. Try the pointe pants, the cotton cashmere sweaters, the $50.00 cashmere sweaters, the flats, the leather bags.

Quince is a great company! I've bought lots of stuff from them and always liked it. The prices are good and the stuff is nice. I got linen shirts, a dress, and a coat, and they're all still good. I swapped the coat for a different color, no problem. Some people complain about slow shipping, but I don't mind waiting.

This company is legit, but Quince can be kinda hit or miss. I bought from them a few times. Shipping seems sketchy, maybe 'cause they use different places to ship. Packaging always different. Best thing I got was bamboo sheets, worst was waffle towels. Felt cheap, too thin, too costly. Silk stuff feels good, but stitching on skirt and dress looks cheap. Got 3 alpaca sweaters, all started pilling after a year, unlike Everlane's, which are better. Never had probs with returns, but shipping's always a prob.

Didn't expect much, got a $50 down jacket and a cashmere sweater for $50. Weather's warm now, so ain't tried 'em yet. Jacket's real light, seems alright. Sweater's okay, not super soft, but does the job for the price.

But then they used this weird shipping company called Jitsu. I mean, who even uses them? They couldn’t deliver to my PO Box, which was already a hassle. Then, to make things worse, they didn’t have access to my building’s mailroom. So, what happened? My package just got left outside, right there on the sidewalk, in plain sight. And surprise, surprise, it got stolen. It's really disappointing because the stuff was expensive. It’s like, why not use a more reliable shipping service?

Bad customer support. Return rules are weak. I’ve been waiting for my money back since May 1st and now it’s June 3rd. They said my return got lost. Really?? Then on May 21st, they told me refund was sent. But on June 3rd, still no money! Getting hold of customer service is very hard. The phone number often doesn’t work, and when it does, you can only leave a voicemail. The chat is slow too, sometimes takes half an hour just to explain the problem. And even then, nothing gets fixed. Dealing with Quince is almost impossible. Maybe that’s what they want!

I'm so dissapointed with my recent purchase from this company. The sweaters I got don't fit well at all, and the cashmere feels really thin. Every size I tried was off, some were way too big, others were way too small. They really need to fix this.

The order status didn't update with shipping info so no way to track items. Been 2 weeks since I ordered, no updates, account charged. No reply from Customer Service. Bad shopping experience, not worth money. Won't shop here again.

It has been a chaotic experience. Initially, they sent the wrong item twice, and I had to provide photos of the incorrect items received. Then, a second time, they shipped the wrong item. Finally, the correct item arrived. However, they are now alleging that I returned only one item when, in fact, I sent back four items. They're even claiming that the shipment containing four items had only one, an item that was never delivered, either by mistake or otherwise! It feels like there are so many errors that it's bordering on madness. Is there an intention to abscond with $300 worth of my items? On the positive side, the quality of the products is good, and their customer service is polite. Nevertheless, this has become excessively time-consuming. I sincerely hope they can resolve this issue in a satisfactory manner for me.

Ordered this silk blouse online, right? Two weeks roll by, and I’m checking the site – says it’s shipped, but where’s the tracking info? Nothing. So, I reach out to their customer service, and they’re like, "We’ll update you in 72 hours." Really? Felt like they didn’t care much about keeping me in the loop. Whole thing seemed sloppy. I mean, if you’re selling stuff online, shouldn’t you be on top of things? I was expecting a bit more professionalism. Honestly, just felt like this company wasn’t that interested in their customers. If you’re thinking about ordering, maybe look somewhere else where they actually seem to want your business.

I preordered back in February. Quince takes your money right away when you preorder, not when they actualy send it. In early June they emailed everyone saying the item was back in stock and going fast. My order still showed a May 21st ship date. I spoke to customer service and they told me it would ship on June 9th. That didn’t happen. I messaged them again June 10th, no answer. On June 11th I cancled the preorder and just bought the item again since it was available. It shipped the next day. Not great. They kept my cash for months with nothing to show. I did get a refund fast, but they didn’t follow through when it mattered.

Just run away. Insepid quality. Scam product. Threadbare sheets. Barely used. See thru to the mattress pad. Holes everywhere. The packing is atrocious! A dirty DHL bag wrapped a million times in tape lol after paying $189 for SHEETS! Sent photos to CS- they offered me $25 off my NEXT purchase! Rude CS. Inferior and fake claims abt their “transparent” pricing. This is all together a generous and brilliant marketing ploy on shit materials to sell you QUALITY that does not exist.

Felt like they were just ignoring me. Frustrating to deal with a company that either doesn’t know what it's doing or just doesn't care. Had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Waste of time and energy. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I ordered multiple items, now it will cost me to send them back. I won't buy from them again. Also, they don't pick up the phone when you call them, and when you try to return items on the website, they automatically give you store credit, which seems suspicious.

I have a soft spot for quince products, but lately, I'm quite puzzled by their shipping process. The issue seems to be that they send you a notification stating that your order has shipped, but then the tracking information doesn't update for what feels like an eternity, typically around a week. This is rather disappointing, especially when their shipping used to be quick and dependable.

This "company" sells items under many fake names that look like good quality but are actually cheap junk from China made of 100% polyester. You can send it back to China, but the cost is more than the trash is worth. Instagram still shows ads from these scammers and Paypal does nothing but keep working with them!

Time window shrank from 15 to 10 mins. Despite this, getting a reply via chat, email, or phone remains difficult.
