I got an appointment within 24 hours
I got an appointment within 24 hours and got my meds, but it took 6 days. After reading so many bad reviews I was stressed the entire time. I had the appointment at 8 pm and the next day, my pharmacy still hadn’t received my prescription. I reached out to customer service and they advised that there is some internal policy that requires them to hold the prescription for 24 hours after the appointment which I found sketchy but whatever. Then after 3 days the pharmacy received the prescription but of course, because the prescriber was over 50 miles from me, the pharmacy flagged it and would not fill it until the spoke to the doctor. That added an additional 3 days but it was the weekend so whatever. They did respond to me every time I reached out, even though 75% of the time the answers were vague and unhelpful. The service is legit and that’s what matters. Now that I understand the process, I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

I have been using this teledoc service for a couple of years. Honestly, many providers seem to rush through appointments and lack real care. I often feel like just a number. However, there are always some good ones in the mix. Dr. Michael Chichak truly took the time to listen; he was very sincere and caring. I don’t seek drugs, yet I’ve been treated like I do by others. He made me feel like a normal person and helped me make the right choices. I can't wait for my next visit with him. If you find a good provider in this company, I suggest sticking with them. I have been using Medvidi for 2 years with no problems. This time, however, things have been a bit more difficult. I’m not sure if it’s because of a change or if they’re just busier now. Still, Scarlett was very kind and listened carefully to the issues I was having. She managed to fix the problems pretty fast. We really need more people like her working with patients.

I had some trouble at first with my prescription being sent to a pharmacy that didn’t have my medication. I called a few times to ask for it to be sent to another pharmacy, and Fiya was really patient with me. The whole process turned out to be quite good. Just don’t forget to upload your medical records to speed things up.

Every time I've scheduled a visit (monthly), something's gone wrong. Payment or ID issues, site glitches, appointments confirmed then canceled, forms not working, conflicting messages by text and email. Their only saving grace is my care provider. Her calming manner keeps me coming back.

Alright, so imagine this: you’re trying to get your prescription sorted out, and the service claims it’s all sent and done. But when you actually talk to the pharmacy, they say they’ve got no clue about it. They even mention a pharmacist by name who apparently doesn’t even work there. Total red flag, right? And get this, they send the prescription to a pharmacy that doesn’t even deal with that brand or telemedicine. It’s like they’re living in a different reality. I was at the pharmacy, phone in hand, letting the pharmacist hear all the nonsense. Reporting this mess is definitely on my list, gonna hit up the BBB and the medical board. Seriously, stay away from this service. Look elsewhere, you deserve better!

Google the company, and you'll uncover a multitude of issues. Steer clear and consult a licensed psychiatrist for genuine assistance. The persistent emails threaten closure if not responded to, adding to the frustration.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Horrible company, stay away! Had a 6:30 appointment, logged in and provider was a no show. Called customer care while on hold and was told I would receive a text in a few minutes, it didn't happen. Called again 15 minutes later and told the same thing, and again received no text. I was # 1 in queue and it took over ten minutes both times for someone to answer. Finally, after waiting over an hour for a provider to show I called back to customer care and after 19 minutes I hung up because they never answered the phone. I have all the screen shots to prove this in case the company tries to jump in and say it didn't happen. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company!!

Man, dealing with this place has been a nightmare. First, I got rescheduled twice before finally seeing Whitney Oden. Had to wait over an hour, but she was great once she got on. Second visit was a disaster—some guy hung up after 5 minutes due to internet issues. Days passed with no meds. Scheduled again for October 8th with Elizabeth Hagen, but she was a no-show. So, I’m stuck in Fort Myers with severe PTSD and panic attacks, just waiting for meds as Hurricane Milton approaches. They rescheduled me again to October 11th. The stress is unbearable. They don't seem to care—it's all about money. Customer service is useless, and this whole ordeal has just made me worse.

Disheartening.
Disheartening. In the past seven months, I managed to fill only one prescription, despite paying out of pocket and consulting with three different MDs. The continuous stream of lies, unprofessional behavior, and language barriers is astonishing. Attempts to secure my medication involved more than 15 calls to pharmacies over three months, with no satisfactory results. Despite being aware of the medication's backorder, the lack of effort and empathy from the company is apparent. The gaslighting and rudeness further contribute to a disappointing overall experience.

I went to this medical appointment and it went really well. The doctor was great, and the visit was smooth. But now I can't find the medication they prescribed anywhere. It's been so frustrating. Honestly, I've had better experiences with companies. They took my payment right away and then, nothing. Nearly two weeks have passed and I feel like I'm just running in circles. I’ve never actually spoken to a real person, just keep getting the same emails about my "selected appointment options" which I never even chose. They don't pick up the phone and they don't return calls even though they ask you to leave a message. Now, it looks like I'm out $295. Seriously, be careful if you're thinking about using them.

My review is that this company denies you your medication until I get a EKG. These Drs & PA’s know what withdrawals can do too a person . I was cutoff for 60 days without my medication! I have suffered through withdrawals tht have given me horrific headaches, nausea, shaking uncontrollable fatigue, pain & diarrhea, and it has affected my entire body, mind & body! I am seeking an attorney to expose what these thief’s r doing to ppls mental health! Their actions are criminal!
