Medvidi is a great place, and the team there is really good. I've been using their help for a long time and rarely had problims. When I need help, I usually get quick answers by contacting their support. If you want a budget-friendly option for your health, Medvidi works well.

My experience was pretty good. The only thing is, I wish the doctor would have spent more time talking with me about my treatment. This was my first visit, so I’m hoping that on a future visit, I'll get a bit more time to discuss things. All in all, it was a good experience.

Fiya did a good job with folowing up about when my prescription would be called in. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the delay in calling it in, which is common with pharmacies needing to order it first. But that's not on Fiya. Still a good and helpful service.

Medvidi did everything they could to support

Medvidi did everything they could to support me with my mental health and get me my medication during the national shortage. They checked in with me many times and kept in touch to ensure I got the best care I could. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mental health.

In my opinion, MEDvidi has been quite helpful in taking care of my health for nearly a year. The doctor I see remains consistent, and setting up appointments is easy. At first, I had doubts, but the improvements in my health have been surprising.

MEDvidi might be pricey, but it's been a real lifesaver due to the nationwide Rx shortages. The customer service is great - Bella Storm has been a total gem. You should keep her around!
