Woke up early Sunday and noticed I was totaly out of my blood pressure meds. Looked up "reliable telehealth med refill" on Google and checked out a few places before picking MD Anywhere. Signed up, added my info for the refill, and paid. I didn’t find anything about a meeting or appointment, so I got worried. Clicked the chat button on their site, and just as I started typing, my phone buzzed—Dr. Kelly had already sent the refill to CVS and made sure the pharmacy address was right! Just like that, it was done. In less than 2 hours, I had the medicine in hand. Turns out you don’t even need a video call for a refill. All in all, I’m very happy and super thankfull.

MDAnywhere is a great online health service that I really liked. I’ve used other online care places like OneMedical and Hello Alpha, but MDAnywhere works better for me. The whole thing is quick, simple, and you don’t have to wait forever to hear back from the doctor. My providers always take time to check my symptoms and make sure I feel cared for. I trully feel safe using this service and will tell my friends and family to try MDAnywhere when they need help.

A very easy way to get my MAINTENANCE MEDICATION refilled or even ANTIBIOTICS, etc. As long as your meds are not narcotic (like ADHD or controlled substances), this website works well and the doctors are helpful. I only wish they were my primary care physicians. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve been able to see my local GP. Still waiting in Southern California. So THANK YOU MDANYWHERE.

There were a few technical problems with my account, so I decided to call them. The phone was answered really fast, and the agent was very kind and caring. Excellent urgent care and more. What a hidden gem! I'm glad I found it! My daughter was sick, coughing, and we were waiting for her doctor to call back. We had already been to urgent care for over 2 hours, just to hear what she already knew! Maybe a sinus infection. After getting the wrong medicine, it was fixed. Then, less than 3 weeks later, another lost item from her room. Strange, right? It's frustrating! But, in less than 15 minutes, my daughter's medicine was sent to the pharmacy! Faster than waiting for her doctor to reply! We're grateful for you all!

I’ve had great service with MD Anywhere on several occassions. Waiting to see a doctor, getting my thyroid meds refilled, and obtaining a temporary script until my appointment have all been smooth. I appreciate that it only takes a minute or so to get a response that I will be assisted, and I’m not billed unless I receive what I need. If they can’t assist, (which has never happened to me) I am not billed. It’s a wonderful service! I highly suggest it.

Surpassed my hopes. I was in a bind after my former doctor suddenly closed up shop. There’s a long wait to see a new primary care physician, and I was low on my meds. It only took around 5 minutes to fill out everything for my account, and the prescription reached the pharmacy in under 15 minutes. This is a great service and really helped manage my health while finding a new doctor.
