After reading various negative reviews about Manscaped, many of which were about subscription payments and trimmer quality, I disagree with the negativity. The payment process is straightforward; you just need to select the correct option to avoid subscription. As for the Lawn Mower 5.0 trimmer, it's fantastic. It's easy to use and doesn't cause any skin irritation if used properly. Some people might struggle because they don't know how to handle it gently, but that's not the fault of the product. I got the Platinum Ultra Bundle with a discount code, and I'm satisfied with every penny spent.

Great product. The best I've used. But what really impressed me was the customer support - WOW. I lost my charging cable so I contacted Manscaped's customer support. I wrote during the weekend, but minutes later I got feedback - I just needed to provide my address and they would ship me another charging cable free of charge. One week later and the cable just arrived. Wow.

My husband really likes these products! He uses the shampoo/conditioner, body wash, deodorant, and even the shaving tools for sensitive areas, and he likes them all. I’ve been buying from this brand since 2023 and it's all he uses now. He always seems great, making me appreciate him even more! 10/10 recommend!

I'm happy with the lawn mower. I read the reviews carefully before I ordered, and I made a one-time purchase. However, three months later, I noticed they charged me 24.99 and signed me up for their plan anyway. This really annoys me. I don't have the confirmation anymore, because everything seemed fine after a month (the email said it was a one-time purchase). Never again, because the product is good, but I can't stand their sneaky business.

Additionally, the nose hair trimmer didn't meet my expectations, possibly due to my fine hair. Overall, while there were some highlights, the issues I encountered have left me hesitant about the brand's reliability.

I paid way too much for the trimmer, and the battery was completely wrecked in 6 months. I couldn't even use it for more than 2 minutes without having to charge it for another 5 hours. You can get superior products for 1/6th the price. It's hot garbage. Save your money and get a £20 Phillips trimmer and spend the £80 you save on toiletries that will outdo what they offer. Not to mention not having to buy expensive (and again, overpriced) blade replacements constantly.
