The company is okay.
The company is okay. They showed up when they said they would, were careful with my stuff during the move, and were nice to talk to. They told me how much everything would cost upfront and didn't charge extra unexpectedly. But, their app automatically allows marketing cookies without asking first, which isn't great. It should be the other way around.

Very disappointed with this moving crew. Arrived ill-equipped and refused to move the dresser, citing its weight. A simple solution like removing drawers or using an appliance dolly seemed beyond their grasp. Engaged in heated arguments with my wife, claiming concern for their backs. If you're in the moving business, back strength is essential! The dresser remained untouched, making the entire experience an absolute waste of time. Unprofessional and inefficient – steer clear of this company!
