    We had a chance to work with Gabby at Lighthouse

    We had a chance to work with Gabby at Lighthouse not long ago while searching for a place in The Woodlands. Gabby was really nice and got back to us quick whenever we asked something (even during the weekends!). Anytime we needed more details about the place, she’d reach out to the rental people and send us what we asked. Once the lease was done, we got our cash back just a week later - super fast! We’d for sure use Gabby and Lightouse again and plan to tell our family and friends about them.

    Lighthouse was good for finding

    Lighthouse was good for finding my flat last year. Their site's design is great and it has all the usual features in a cool way. I got help from Shelbi, and they give you cash back too! It's clever, you get the flat deal and cash back. We used other locators before, but they don't give you cash back like Lighthouse. I got $900 cash and 1 month free. Got a lot!

    I really like this company and Dana

    I really like this company and Dana, she suported me so much. There were a couple bumps on the road, but she stayed by my side helping and guiding me through all of it. I recomend her and this company 100000 percent. They will guide you step by step and always make sure you are good. I am so greatful!!! Thanks for making this new part of my life less scary!!!

    The staff were really good. Sydney was great, and texted me, which I liked. They understood my schedule and that I couldn't see many places quickly. The cash back changes depending on the rent. After I signed, it took me a bit to register for the cash back. But when I did, I got some extra cash in a few days. This is good, with how rent prices are now. They gave me the cash back in a prepaid gift card, vendor gift card, Venmo, or similar.

    My experience with them left much to be desired

    My experience with them left much to be desired. Despite promises of immediate payment upon signing my lease, I was misled. Their third-party stated a 2 to 4 business day timeframe, yet payment is still pending. Moreover, the process for receiving referral fees is cumbersome and delayed, with instructions sent only on Fridays after 5 pm. This delay means I won't receive my money for at least a week. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.

    If Zero was possible

    I was told to list Lighthouse with Gabby. It’s been four months now and I kept getting the runaround. When I would call or text no response as to where my money is. They blamed it on the apartments and said there is nothing they can do!!! They still owe me $600 and think that. I will forget!

    17 weeks still no payment

    They stated it can take 8 - 14 weeks but no it can take longer or if nothing at all. I emailed they said it would take longer and still nothing .
