The app had glitches, and the map led us astray. The questions were boring, like asking what the post office was used for in the past, to which the obvious answer was a post office. The experience mainly involved reading plaques, and the bonus date part, which was paid for, wasn't added. Additionally, there were no riddles as advertised.

They shamelessly drained hundreds of pounds from my account, which included the money left to me by my late grandma. Shockingly, despite my pleas, they refuse to refund the wrongfully taken funds.
