    I had a great experience

    I had a great experience with the agent, they were super helpful and attentive, definitely a 5/5 for them. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the exchange policy. I mean, not being able to fully exchange a product that's supposedly covered because of its shipping origin? That's kinda frustrating. And then there's this “30 day fit assurance” thing. Sounds great in theory, but having to pay 50% of the reorder fee doesn’t really sit well with me. I wish they could be more flexible with their policies to make things easier for the customers. Overall, mixed feelings – amazing service but the exchange policy needs some work.

    I recently had a bit of a mix-up with my shirt order, and at first, it was a tad confusing figuring out how to sort it all out. I had to ask a few times before it all clicked, but the team was pretty responsive. They quickly offered to send me the right size without much hassle, which was great.     Having to fork out for shipping just killed the whole deal. Like, what's the point of a discount if they're gonna snatch it back with shipping fees? Not cool. Left me wondering if it was even worth it in the end. Not the vibe I was going for.

    Man, this was such a letdown. Ordered from what I thought was an American company, thinking I'd get my stuff in a few days. But nope, my items are still stuck in Hong Kong! Like, really? I paid good money expecting American-made quality and to support American jobs, not some marked-up products from Temu. Tried to cancel as soon as I realized the scam, but no luck. Makes me so frustrated! At least Omaha Steaks let me cancel when I had a similar issue. They were cool about it and understood how misleading the whole thing was. Seriously, if I'm paying American prices, I want the real deal, not this runaround.

    I can't believe how frustrated

    I can't believe how frustrated I am with this purchase. First off, it took 11 whole days to arrive. When it finally did, it didn't even fit properly. I'm 56 kg with measurements 93-81-97 cm and ordered a size M, which should have been perfect. I'm quite active and usually have no trouble with sizing. Was this some kind of joke? I even tried to take a picture but couldn't upload it. This one's definitely going to the bin. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and skip this one.

    Deceptive business practices

    This company has a refund policy in writing suggesting no cost returns to include shipping. I order my size XL and it was ridiculously small so rather than return them thinking it was my mistake zi ordered 2x of which was virtually the same size. In an effort to return both they want to sell me a 3rd set half price but i couldn’t return the first two orders and zi had to pay shipping. Dishonesty at its worst

    Avoid Kewiloo at all costs. I ordered something, and they were super fast to charge my card. But then I had to cancel. They promised a refund in 5-6 days. Well, it's been over 16 days now, and still no sign of my money. No updates, no nothing. The worst part? Their customer service is a joke—no help at all. Feels like they just wanted my money and ran. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

    Falling apart….for a second time!

    i have purchased 2 shirts. i wore the first one approximately 8 times before it began to fall apart. i talked to customer service and they gave me another shirt. i had to pay the freight which i wasnt happy about but received the shirt. this one i have worn about 6 times and it too has begint to fall apart.. I would not wast the money buying this as it dies nit hold up over a very short period of time

    I remain dissatisfied with my last order, and if I could find the item elsewhere, I would have opted for a different source. Unfortunately, my previous experience left me unhappy as the product I received did not meet my expectations, and I felt that I spent my money on something that turned out to be subpar and nonfunctional.
