I emailed Kewlioo twice. First to exchange my product for a different size (completely my fault) and then to ask about something else. Both times my email was answered… 60-90 minutes tops! Unheard of in any other company I've contacted. Also, these are full-on, back and fourth conversations too.

I wasn’t able to apply the discount code at first, but a rep reached out and gave me a 20% refund. That’s not something I’ve seen from other companies. I hope the shirts are just as nice as the person who assisted me.

I honestly don’t know where to begin, from the jacket itself to the staff who helped me last minute with changing my order and it still came in time for my session 10/10 would definetly tell friends & family 👍
