Not only do these people make an amazing product that not only looks good but also feels great, they also offer incredible customer service. I realized very fast that I had chosen the wrong size for their new Memento Mori belt, and panicked thinking I wouldn’t be able to fix it in time. I sent an email and within a few hours Harvey responded, saying he had changed my order. Turns out I had ordered the correct size after all, and the panic returned. I emailed again, and Harvey adjusted it once more, staying very patient with my messiness! Their discord is lively, and the founders are present in all the channels showing care and support for everyone. It’s rare to see such dedication, but when it happens it feels really special! I will definitely keep buying from them!
