    Whenever I order from Just Eat, I always get great service. Usually, I choose ASAP delivery, and it's always on time. The drivers are nice too.

    This company has serious problems. They need more riders. Our meals are delayed by TWO HOURS! Pay your workers better, and maybe they'll do their job right.

    This company's main task is to connect sellers of produce with buyers who want it delivered, and they're not doing well at all. Their computer programs are not good. If they don't get an order before a shop closes, they just give random guesses for when it might be delivered. The food often comes cold because they don't check it properly. There are good food delivery companies around, but this isn't one of them!

    I got an Asda order from Just Eat.

    I got an Asda order from Just Eat. It was late by 20 mins, I was in a rush. I noticed 2 items missing 2 hrs later. Asked for refund, was refused. Customer service was bad, just cited "company policy".

    I got stuff from ASDA. But half came. I told them on the app, no fix. No contact. I feel robbed. Found chat online. They said even manager won't help. Very bad, esp now.

    Just spent over £30.00, said order delivered, but it isn't. Got a doorbell camera, and for some odd reason, they've got an email I haven’t used for 15 years? Can't reach the restaurant to find out what’s going on, complete mess, never again. It's never simple with these bunch of fools.
